New building of detached house
Strašilová, Kateřina ; Komínková, Kateřina (referee) ; Petříček, Tomáš (advisor)
The project is a newly built detached family house in the cadastral municipality Králův Dvůr. It is a building with two floors and a basement designed for four people. In the basement there is a garage , sauna with rest room and gym. The main entrance is on the first floor , where there is room for daytime operation. On the second floor there is a room for rest - Night of the object. The building is covered gable roof dormers with aisle . Above the building is designed as a flat roof terrace . The facade is made of white plaster solved and the parts are facing imitating wood .
Vazebné vlastnosti enzymů purinnukleosidfosforylasa a thymidinfosforylasa
Strašilová, Kateřina ; Sochor, Jaroslav (advisor) ; Šimůnek, Tomáš (referee)
5. CONCLUSION In this study, the ligand binding properties of two enzymes - purine nucleoside phosphorylase and thymidine phosphorylase - were tested, exploiting a method of surface plasmon resonance in Biacore X instrument. PNP is a ubiquitous enzyme playing a key role in the purine salvage pathway and TP plays an important role in human organism too, especially in pathological processes like inflammation or cancer. Both of enzymes are potential tools for the enzymatic synthesis of nucleoside analogues, which may possibly be used as antiviral or anticancer agents and that are difficult to prepare by chemical synthesis, or are obtained in a low yields. Use of Biacore X instrument helps to reveal how the enzymes interact with their natural substrates or derivatives. This work was focused on searching for the most suitable conditions, at first for immobilizing procedure (coating the surface of the sensor chip with PNP and TP enzyme) and then for interaction analysis between the enzymes and their natural substrates. The present results can be used as starting point for additional investigations of interaction analyses between enzymes and semi-synthetic analogues or they can also contribute to optimize conditions of producing such compounds by biocatalysis. In particular, the use of enzymes as biocatalysts...
HPLC Evaluation of Transkarbam and Its Impurities II
Strašilová, Kateřina ; Sochor, Jaroslav (advisor) ; Mokrý, Milan (referee)
HPLC EVALUATION OF TRANSKARBAM AND ITS IMPURITIES II Rigorózní práce Mgr. Kateřina Strašilová Charles University in Prague, Fakulty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové, Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Drug Control, Heyrovského 1203, Hradec Králové This work deals with determination of 6-aminohexanoic acid in ointment-base by high performance liquid chromatography with subsequent validation of chromatographic conditions. 6-aminohexanoic acid is one of two main predicted degradation products of transkarbam 12, functioning as an enhancer of transdermal penetration. A pre-column derivatization with 3,5- dinitrobenzoylchloride forerun the quantification of 6-aminohexanoic acid. The analysis was run on the reversed-phase column Separon SGX C-18 (150 x 3 mm I.D., 5 μm) with gradient elution of mobile phase composed of acetonitrile and sodium acetate buffer (20 mM, pH 4,5) with the flow rate 1 ml/min. UV detection was performed at 230 nm. The validation parametres such as precision and accuracy, linearity, selectivity, robustness and limit of detection and limit of quantification were evaluated.

Accident insurance
Strašilová, Kateřina ; Marek, Luboš (advisor) ; Zimmermann, Pavel (referee)
My thesis theme from the branch of insurance industry has been chosen for a reason of my long-term experience. The particular theme of "accident insurance" has been then chosen and based on the fact that in general it belongs to one of the most important types of insurance and everybody should arrange for it. In the part of theory I would like to clarify basic terms of the field of accident insurance as well as those of insurance industry as a whole. At the same time I would like to illustrate how and where an insurance contract can be concluded and what one should be aware of before and in the course of concluding such an insurance contract. An integral part of the theory will also be legislation dealing with the insurance industry and its development. The practical part will be focused on looking for different insurance amounts people should be insured for. In addition there will be given a particular example of effecting an accident insurance of more people as well as of a person and various insurance companies' offers in my place of living will be analysed. In conclusion let me make basic calculations concerning the insurance clear and analyse the data that will be at my disposal.
