Design of Camping Lamp

This Bachelor’s thesis deals with a design of camping lamp. The main goal was to develop a simple and visually clean shape. The important part was also to focus on a simple controlling and manipulation with a combination of different modes of lighting. The result is a small-sized lamp with the COB LED diodes and replaceable batteries. A targeted group of users is younger and middle-aged generation.
Wearables Development Technologies for YSoft SafeQ

Wearable devices grew in popularity in recent years. This fact contributes to increasing efforts to expand mobile and other applications to wearable devices. Exploring these possibilities, this thesis summarizes information on wearable devices and their typical operating systems, including available tools and restrains these systems offer. Based on the conclusion of theoretical part of this thesis an application for wearable devices is designed and implemented, specifically an application for printers that operate via SafeQ system developed in Y Soft Corporation.
The Study of Brand Goods in the Trade Organization

The aim of the thesis is implementation of the barcode system for tracking goods to a specific business organization. Based on ascertained knowledge, the specific request for installation of the barcode is presented to firms dealing with this subject. Submitted proposals are subsequently evaluated. Then the proposal is selected which meets the company´s demands in the best way. Further, the procedure is suggested for marking goods with the barcode, possible manipulation with the marked goods and interconnection of used data with the company´s information system.
Optimization of the structure and properties of materials for motorcycle parts

The aim of this study is to review the materials used on selected motorcycle components. The present bachelor thesis concerned with comparison of serial parts and alternative variants for racing. Describes the production of specific components and studying some of their material characteristics. Justifies the potential use of non-traditional manufacturing technologies. Each chapter is dedicated to elements pursued by the use of special attention during operation of motorcycle. The main part of the experimental testing of levers and sprockets from different suppliers. The work is also illustrated by the choice and use of two different materials on one component. The selected components are subjected to material tests.
An Outlaw Journalist's Journey through an Era Decadent and Depraved: Hunter S. Thompson in the context of America of the 1960s and early 1970s.

The thesis aims to explore the artistic personality of Hunter S. Thompson, one of the most distinctive cultural figures of post-war America, and his genesis as an author, journalist, and a counterculture idol of the 1960s. The era is now widely regarded as a turning point in contemporary American history as its deep-rooted values and norms were, over the course of a decade, gradually transformed by the young generation of social and political activists toward allegedly a more tolerant and liberal kind of community. Crucial in such an endeavor was the role of the countercultural movement that produced some of the most capable intellectual minds of the time, including Thompson. The paper thus analyzes the role and nature of the alternative culture in America as perceived by one of its most observant participants. Also, the thesis focuses on the author's role in establishing a new genre called New Journalism which can be linked with the era's countercultural efforts as well. In general, Thompson, in his texts, examines various phenomena surrounding the counterculture and provides us with a distinctive portrayal of the era's zeitgeist. However, unlike some of his contemporaries, he also remembers to examine numerous flaws and fallacies existing within contemporary American society, the American Dream...
