Tax control

The subject of this diploma thesis is the tax control which can be classified to the financial law sector. The aim of the thesis is a basic description and introduction to the tax control. During writing my diploma thesis I used legal regulation from several legal branches to clarify the tax control and I considered them in the (mutual) context related to the topic of the tax control. For the comprehensive solution of the tax control issue it was also necessary to apply related judicial decisions and literature. I described the findings concerning the tax control in the diploma thesis by using the description and subsequently I deduced certain conclusions by using the deduction method. I also dealt with ambiguous issues of the tax control which I tried to clarify and take legal opinion on them and imply possible de lege ferendae changes. The diploma thesis consists of the introduction where the subject and the aim of the diploma thesis are introduced. The subject of the following chapters is the general part of the tax control, particular stages of the tax control, consequences of the tax control and means of rights protection. Rozvadov: Post-revolutionary Transformation of a Border Municipality through the Eyes of its Inhabitants

The development of the border municipality Rozvadov since 1948 and its consecutive transformation after the year 1989 entailed two significant antipodes regarding the existence of the municipality as well as the lives of its inhabitants. In this master thesis, I tried the to capture the lifetime of the municipality before 1989 and its relatively substantial transformation in the era after the Velvet Revolution. This transformation is still under way. I use the oral history interviews with 17 vernacular narrators as a primary source. In the first part of the thesis, I observe the after-war resettlement of the researched area, the organizing of the border security policy and also the life in the direct vicinity of the "Iron Curtain" as it was perceived by the inhabitants. The second part of the thesis is first of all focused on the social transformation of the municipality and the concomitent effects following the change of the political regime. The aim of the thesis is to determine the most problematic aspects of the transformation of the Rozvadov municipality after 1989 from the perspective of the local inhabitants (but not exclusively). Health assessment of the selected pig management

Aim of the thesis is to evaluate health in selected pig stock. Adherence to vaccination programs and good veterinary prevention principles, provision of appropriate stall, good care and feeding, piglets wean timing, selection of breeding animals, choosing of reliable personnel and other factors have great impact on health in pig stock. Considering above mentioned factors, the aim of the thesis was to asses health of sows, piglets and fattening pigs in chosen farm Ponědraž ltd. and asses influence of vaccination on production in time period 2010 to 2011. Further it was neccesary to asses observance of good hygiene praxis in enterprise, including using of hygiene loop by personnel and to find out, if the enterprise is equiped with systematic protection against infectious diseases. To evaluate stall by pig categories, animal welfare and positive influence on health and increase of pig production as a whole. Further to asses compliance with EU legislation. Aim of the thesis is to evaleuate new vaccination scheme against respirational diseases, it´s influence on increase of production and improving of healt in observed stock. In the end are all above mentioned requirements evaluated.

Metody financování nadnárodních společností

Moje práce pojednává o nadnárodních společnostech. Které hrají významnou roli v dnešním globalizovaném světě. Ve své práci jsem se změřila na popsání nadnárodní společnosti jako celku a na způsob jejího fungování. Snažila jsem se přiblížit problematiku transferových cen spolu s problematikou etického chování nadnárodních společností. Ve třetí, stěžejní části práce, jsem nastínila metody financování nadnárodních společností. Podrobně jsem popsala mezinárodní finanční trhy, které jsou zdrojem krátkodobého a dlouhodobého financování nadnárodních společností.
