Personality Determinants of Job Crafting

The diploma thesis is focused on the relationship between big five personality traits and job crafting tendencies. The aim of the theoretical part is to introduce and explain the concept of job crafting theory and present the current knowledge from the research on big five personality traits and their relationship to job crafting tendencies. The aim of the empirical part is to examine the relationship between the personality traits of openness to experience, conscientiousness, extraversion, agreeableness, neuroticism, and job crafting tendencies. The theoretical part defines various theoretical perspectives on job crafting and its connection to theories of occupational health. Moreover, the individual big five personality traits and their impact on work behavior and job crafting are described. Empirical data were collected through a questionnaire survey. The results of the empirical part of the diploma thesis indicate a significant relationship between the personality traits of openness to experience, conscientiousness, and extraversion and job crafting tendencies. There was a negative correlation between neuroticism and job crafting tendencies.
Changes in relationship satisfaction after the child birth

The bachelor thesis deals with changes in relationship satisfaction after the childbirth. The aim of the thesis is to describe how and whether relationship satisfaction changes after the childbirth. The content of the literary overview is the definition of the term relationship satisfaction. Furthermore, the thesis describes factors that affect relationship satisfaction, the stages of development of relationship, the factor of the childbirth as an important life event and changes in relationship satisfaction after his birth will be described, along with the factors that affect these changes. The proposal for a research project presents research that aims to find out how and whether relationship satisfaction changes after the childbirth.
Forms of Support Provided to Persons with Mental Illness to Be Employed

The bachelor thesis deals with forms of support for people with mental illness to get a job. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to analyze the offer of support to get a job of people with mental illness. The thesis focuses on mental illness and its classification. Furthermore, attention is paid to legislative relations to the employment of people at a disadvantage in the labor market and forms of support for people with mental illness to get a job in terms of legislation. Furthemore, the work deals with organizations providing forms of support to gain employment for people with mental illness and to supported employment. The empirical survey was focused on finding out how the organizations providing a service of supported emloyment implement this service and compare these procedures with the procedures described in the Summary Methodology of Supported Employment (Vitáková, 2005). Employment of handicapped people in the Czech Republic

The main topic of this bachelor thesis is employment of handicapped people in the Czech Republic. There are investigated the conditions of their employment, that are based in the Czech law system. There are also summarized advantages of employing handicapped people, that mean benefits for employers. The goal of this thesis was to investigate the current situaion of handicapped people on the Czech labour market and according to own analysis to suggest improvement. In the first chapter of introductory part are defined terms such as disability and people with disabilities. The second chapter focuses on the Czech law system. I introduce there the main law connected with employing of handicapped people. The analytical part of this thesis focuses on two firms located in Central Bohemian Region. In this part, there are presented data about handicapped people employed in these firms. According to interviews and questionnaires are there summarized company´s own attitudes to employing of handicapped people.
