Readiness of graduates of educational courses for the main leader of recovery events for children and youth to perform the function
Krejčí, Zuzana ; Šťastný, Vít (advisor) ; Urbanová, Eva (referee)
The main goal of the thesis is to find out the subjective perception of the quality of the main leader's educational course and its practical benefits for graduates and to analyze the theoretical content/content part of the course itself. Based on these findings, the work formulates proposals for possible changes to qualification standard issued by the National Qualifications Framework with effect from December 2015, which is the basis for accreditation of the course and its design. The theoretical part of the final work discusses the importance of professionalization in adult education, its impact on the quality of education and the importance of the profession. Nor does it omit the legislative requirements governing further adult education. It also includes a detailed description of the qualification standard of the main leader in the Czech Republic and its comparison with possible foreign concepts, examples of other selected professional qualifications in the field of non-formal and leisure education of children and youth. It also acquaints the reader with the fixed criteria for organizing the recovery events themselves or with the requirements for the personality of the main leader, both formally and informally. The empirical part is based on the method of a questionnaire survey, the key...
Restriction of legal capacity proceedings
Krejčí, Zuzana ; Kubešová, Silvia (advisor) ; Frintová, Dita (referee)
This diploma thesis primarily deals with the legal frame of the restriction of legal capacity proceedings, which is contained in the Code on Special Court Proceedings (Act. No. 292/2013 Sb.) effective from 1. 1. 2014. For that purpose the thesis works with particular legal institutions of substantive law contained in the Civil Code (Act No. 89/2012 Sb.), such as legal capacity (a capacity to make juridical acts) and its restriction. The thesis is focused especially on the course of the proceedings resulting in the decision to restrict legal capacity or to accept any other appropriate measures. The author also describes two particular aspects of the proceedings, which are the duty of the court to see an individual whose legal capacity is subject to the consideration and the possible ways to make a decision by which the legal capacity is restricted. The aims of the thesis are to describe legal regulation of the restriction of legal capacity proceedings, previous and recent case law dealing with this issue and to evaluate their influence on the individuals whose legal capacity has been restricted. The author also seeks to propose a possible solution to the problems related to the restriction of legal capacity proceedings. The diploma thesis is divided into 4 main chapters. The first chapter is...
The content of selected fenolic compounds in medicinal plants.
KREJČÍ, Zuzana
The work has been inquired into the problem of content determination of phenolic substances in medicinal plants traditionally used in Czech Republic. Phenolic substances belong to a group of natural compounds, which are purely plant origin. Flavonoids are a part of this extensive group of compounds. As for flavonoids, most attention is paid to quercetin and rutin. It is caused by their easy availability and very significant biological activity. These compounds embody a lot of positive biological effects. They have expressive antioxidant properties, inhibit lipid peroxidation, scavenge free oxygen radicals and bond into the chelates they inactivate some prooxidant metal ions. The latest researches have shown that thanks to their properties natural flavonoids can occurence of chronical diseases, such as arterosklerosis, cardiovascular or tumor disorder. Flavonoids are exploited both in traditional and modern medicine. Same other studies have evidenced that valuable sources of these biologically effective substances are traditionally used medicinal plants. Content of phenolic substances was determined by method of micellar electrokinetic capillary chromatography (MECC) and liquid chromatography (HPLC) in collection of 8 medicinal plants usually used in Czech Republic. For analysis was used freeze-dried and dried plant material. In freeze-dried material was found the highest content of total quercetin in Filipendula ulmaria L. (14200 mg/kg of dry weight) and in Betula pendula Roth. (11800 mg/kg of dry weight). The highest content of rutin contained Sambucus nigra L. (17700 mg/kg of dry weight). Similar values was measured in dried plant material. The content of total quercetin and rutin during drying was unchanged.
