Industry 4.0 Asset Administration Shell design
Tkadlec, Prokop ; Jirsa, Jan (referee) ; Kaczmarczyk, Václav (advisor)
The aim of this work is to create a simulation model that will correspond to the real TestBed Barman network, with the help of AAS data model devices. The simulation model will be created using the OMNeT++ simulator. The thesis describes the concepts of Industry 4.0, especially AAS and the individual cells of TesBed Barman. Afterwards the AAS models of production cells and intelligent products created by using the AASX Package Explorer program are described. The practical part describes the created TestBed simulation model and its individual modules that were created. Two simple simulation scenarios are then described for the simulation model together with the variables to be monitored.
Integration of Simulator in AAS for Heat Transfer Station
Černocký, Petr ; Jirsa, Jan (referee) ; Arm, Jakub (advisor)
This work examines today's modern methods of production management, without which the entire Industry 4.0 phenomenon would not be possible. The main focus of this work is the Asset Administration Shell and the integration of models and simulations into it. Furthermore, research is carried out in the area of modeling and visualization of production and production processes, which is also provided with an example of communication between the visualization software UNITY and the calculation software Matlab. From the analysis, the most suitable software is also selected for the final implementation. Furthermore, there is a proposal for the integration of the simulator into AAS and then its practical implementation. At the same time, the entire designed system with an integrated simulator is evaluated here.
Modelling of Industry 4.0 principles in the CP Factory
Večeřa, Václav ; Jirsa, Jan (referee) ; Zezulka, František (advisor)
This thesis demonstrates production in intentions of Industry 4.0 at learning production line CP~Factory from company FESTO and control system of this line - MES4. A virtual model of CP Factory line was created in program CIROS within this work. This model corresponds to the specific part of the physical line in VŠPJ. A work plan was created and debugged for this part. The work plan is using all the modules to assemble a simplified model of mobile. As last two laboratory tasks with focus at production operation system MES4 and virtualization program CIROS were created.
Evaluation of results using different methods of experimental measuring of blood pressure amongst students of the First Faculty of Medicine of the Charles University
Sova, Jan ; Kymplová, Jaroslava (advisor) ; Jirsa, Jan (referee)
During the projects from biophysics of freshman students of the Faculty of Medicine the pressure measurement is run by several different methods; palpation, auscultatory and digital method. Students are learning to record the measurement in a systematic way, and they are learning to compare the results of every method to each other. The measurement of systolic and diastolic pressure are dependent on each other of course, as well they are dependent on the set of biometric and other information that is well available in healthy students (sex, height, weight, physical strain etc.). The aim of the thesis is to compare the results acquired by the methods of measurement mentioned above, related to the accuracy of the scattering of the measurement and related to the anticipated standard values of healthy individuals. The basis of the thesis is going to be project and creation of the regression model for the levels of systolic/diastolic pressure measured out that is dependent on biometric data along with the testing of statistical importance of parametres through the procedure of multifactorial ANOVA for the repeated measurement. The result will aim to show both advantages and disadvantages of different methods of the pressure measurement during accordingly varying conditions of experiments. The thesis...
Neoliberalization of agriculture in Africa and its impacts
Jirsa, Jan ; Hasman, Jiří (advisor) ; Frajer, Václav (referee)
The presented thesis examines impacts of neoliberal policies on agriculture in the developing countries using the example of Zambia and Angola. It is based on a comparision of two most similar countries, which have been different in their approach to implementation of neoliberal policies. Another objective of this thesis is also the spatial transformation of Zambia's agriculture as a result of implementation of policy conditions in structural adjustment programmes. The focus of the paper is motivated by lack of similar approaches in research of neoliberal agriculture policies. This thesis also analyszes research of neoliberalism of agriculture and food regime theory, which has already been carried out. A large amount of data was compiled and processed from several data sources, and utilised to evaluate research questions. Research has confirmed decline in food crops production and yields in Zambia as a result of neoliberal policies, which could threaten the food sovereignty of the country. Furthermore, changes in the spatial distribution of crop production were observed, which are mainly related to the abolition of subsidies and different farmers behavior due to the introduction of Structural adjustment programs. Key words: Angola, agriculture, agriculture subsidies, neoliberalism, Structural...
