Voltammetric Determination of 2,4-Dichlorophenoxyacetic Acid and 2,4-Dichlorophenol on a Screen-Printed Carbon Electrode
Jančová, Jana ; Vyskočil, Vlastimil (advisor) ; Fischer, Jan (referee)
The aim of the presented Master Thesis was to study an electrochemical behaviour of 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid (2,4-D) and 2,4-dichlorophenol (2,4-DCP) resulting in the founding of optimum conditions for their voltammetric determination at a screen-printed carbon electrode (SPCE) using DC voltammetry (DCV) and differential pulse voltammetry (DPV). Voltammetric behaviour of both compounds was investigated in dependence on the pH of the medium (realized using Britton-Robinson buffer). The optimum pH for the voltammetric determination of 2,4-D on the SPCE was chosen to be pH 5,0 for both voltammetric techniques, and, for 2,4-DCP, it was chosen to be pH 6,0 for both voltammetric techniques. The determination of 2,4-D at a concentration of 1·10-4 μmol·L-1 showed good repeatability for both voltammetric techniques used (1.3% for DCV and 0.7% for DPV), and, for 2,4-DCP, it showed acceptable repeatability for both voltammetric techniques used (1.3% for DCV and 4.8% DPV). Under optimum conditions, the calibration dependence of 2,4-D was measured for DCV in the concentration range of 10-100 μmol·L-1 , with limit of quantification (LOQ) of 1.0 μmol·L-1 and limit of detection (LOD) 0.3 μmol·L-1 . Under optimum conditions, the calibration dependence of 2,4-D was measured for DPV in the concentration range...
Physiotherapy with a patients suffering from neglect syndrome in a subcuse phase after cerebrovascular accident
Jančová, Jana ; Gueye, Tereza (advisor) ; Dědková, Miriama (referee)
Title of bachelor thesis: Physiotherapy with a patients suffering from neglect syndrome in subcuse phase after cerebrovascular accident Abstract: This bachelor thesis deals with physiotherapy of patients with neglect syndrome in the subacute phase after cerebrovaskular accident. The work consists of theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part solves the problem of neglect syndrome. There is information about etiopathogenesis, types of syndrome and clinical picture of the disease. Furthermore, the work is focused from the physiotherapeutic perspective on diagnostic and therapeutic methods or concepts that can be used to influence the neglect syndrome. In the practical part there is a case report of a patient who was subsequently put together a therapeutic unit. The aim of this section is to demonstrate a possible physiotherapeutic intervention in a patient with neglect syndrome. Furthermore, the practical part describes the results of a questionnaire survey aimed at mapping diagnostic and physiotherapeutic methods that are used in the Moravskoslezsky and Olomoucky regions. The last part points to the possible effectiveness of prismatic adaptation in the rehabilitation of patients with neglect syndrome. In the discussion I deal with a comparison of methods that are described in domestic and foreign...
Evaluation nutrition of representative and recreational endurance runners
Jančová, Jana ; Vilikus, Zdeněk (advisor) ; Martinča, Jozef (referee)
This bachelor thesis focused on the comparison nutrition of representative and recreational endurance runners. First part is theoretical. It deals with general concepts which are very important for understanding entire work. From general concepts it goes to specific sport nutrition focused on endurance. Practical part evaluates results, which were obtained from respondents. This is an analysis of four-day diet in two groups of people, followed by comparison and evaluation. Respondents from first group are representative endurace runners. Diets of respondents, which compete at high level in endurance sports, specially orienteering, are compared with group of recreational runners. Main objective of this work was to find out whether eating habits of representative endurance runners and recreational runners are different, if so, to what measure. Key words: run, endurance, performance, sport nutrition, diet
Work environment analysis
Jančová, Jana ; Khelerová, Vladimíra (advisor) ; Odehnalová, Jitka (referee)
Due to economic crisis a lot of companies are facing financial difficulties and therefore they are saving costs in almost all areas. A large number of them first reduce investments into education, corporate benefits and overall costs of human resources department. At the same time these companies do not realize that their employees represent the most valuable asset, thus they represent the possibility of finding solutions of how to get out of the crisis. With regard to recency and marginalization of that topic in my thesis I deal with work environment issues that directly affect job satisfaction and ultimately productivity and efficiency of employees. In the technical part I grapple with work environment issues, working groups, management styles, communication, motivation and stimulation. In the practical part I have analysed the work environment of the company CMC Graduate School of Business o.p.s. in which I have applied achieved knowledge based on which I have proposed such measures and improvements toward the organization that will lead to increased willingness to work and hence to reduce the staff fluctuation.
