The object of work is a stage of assembly of reinforced concrete supporting structure construction of universal hall with annex within the project Technology Park Holešov. The property consists of indoor and part two-storey annex. The thesis contains a technical report object, situation, including wider relations routes, itemized budget including bills of quantities, technological specification for mounting the skeleton, the principles of organization of construction, the timetable proposed mechanical assembly, inspection and test plan and occupational safety and health.

This diploma thesis deals with the construction and technological project of the reinforced concrete monolithic hall for Dinel s.r.o., which has its seat in the industrial zone Zlín - Příluky. There are prepared a technical report for the construction project, time and financial plan of the construction of the second stage, a study of the implementation of the main technological stages, a project of the building facility, a design of the main building machines and mechanisms, a schedule of the main building including a plan of the material resources and technological regulations of selected stages together with control and test plans. In addition there is prepared a budget item of the main building, the health and safety plan and a problematics of the antistatic floors.

Hidden Aspects of Power in Contemporary Organizations

The subject of the presented bachelor thesis is the theme of power. The aim of this work is to identify the hidden aspects of power in contemporary organizations, to analyze their causes, nature and consequences and to introduce topics associated with them which could be developed or characterized more and better in the social sciences. Based on the research of the socio-psychological dimension of power and the analysis of the concept of power in specific organizations, I try to reveal their hidden negative aspects leading to abuse of power and I propose the control mechanisms which could be done to prevent or at least limit them. LinkedIn as a phenomenon in the labour market

The diploma thesis LinkedIn as a phenomenon in the labour market focuses on the social network called LinkedIn and its impacts in the area of recruitment and selection of technical staff on the Czech labour market. The aim of the thesis is to point to the existence of the phenomenon LinkedIn. The thesis is divided into four chapters. The first one is dedicated to social networks, their definition, history, importance, classification and users. The second one is centered on LinkedIn as a specific example of a social network focusing on its history and present and overlapping into the recruitment and selection of staff. Also mentioned is the setting and appearance of the account on LinkedIn and how to reach workers on LinkedIn. The methodological part describes the chosen method of research. The analytical part tries to summarize and interpret the acuired data.
