The aim of seminar‘s thesis is to draw up a business plan. It includes three parts, where in theoretical one, there is interpretation of economic theory. Second part is about analysing and evaluating the actual situation on the market. In the third part there are aims of company and parts of plan how to achieve them, like: marketing strategy, financial plan and a return of invested capital. Businessman would like to be a seller of sports equipment.
