Bednář, Vojtěch ; Zeizinger, Lukáš (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
The bachelor's thesis is focused on lifting equipment that are used in smaller repair shops and services. In the first theoretical part, a survey of currently used and industrially produced workshop lifting equipment is carried out. In the second part, the design of the workshop gantry crane verified by functional and dimensional calculations is described, and finally the structural solution supplemented by the drawing documentation of the crane.
SIP implementations in Asterisk open source PBX
Bednář, Vít ; Krajsa, Ondřej (referee) ; Šilhavý, Pavel (advisor)
The thesis compares native SIP stack with PJSIP stack in the open source telephone private branch exchange (PBX) Asterisk. First, there are described both SIP protocol and Asterisk application. Subsequently, the architecture, new function support and the stacks setting possibilities are explored. For different exchange scenarios several commented configuration files are presented. The stacks are tested using Spirent TestCenter C1 software thereafter. In conclusion, selected properties are assessed and new PJSIP stack benefits are summarized. In addition, the laboratory assignment is attached.
Measurement of communication latency in IP networks
Bednář, Vít ; Vrba, Kamil (referee) ; Komosný, Dan (advisor)
Semestral thesis is focused on measurement of communication delay in networks. There is described creation of individual kinds of delay during the transfer in networks. Tools for measurement of delay are described and web pages are designed and made too. There is measured delay on choose 27 IP address with help of this page.
Design and modernization of automotive starter
Bednář, Vojtěch ; Mach, Martin (referee) ; Hájek, Vítězslav (advisor)
The work deals with modernization of an automobile starter. In first and second part, we can find the analysis of types of starters according to construction and the analysis of gear of a starter. In third part, there is the analysis of electromagnetic layout of direct current motor with permanent magnets according to given parameters which is the gear of given starter.
Reconstruction of discharging shakeout machine electric installation
Bednář, Vojtěch ; Blecha, Martin (referee) ; Pazdera, Ivo (advisor)
This Diploma work is concerned with the design of project documentation for discharging shakeout machine electric installation. This work continues in the Semestral project 2 in which the background of a new machine was made. Then, this work deals with the replacement of a switch room with required devices including the design of a new connecting cables and power streams. In the first part, the work deals with the control part of the device and the design of control and signal cables including the product documentation of the device. In the second part, the work deals with the proposal of building electro installation in which a new lighting and its use is described. The last part focuses on the coordination during the realization of a suggested device. In this part, all problems coming from the particular working procedures including a proposal of possible solutions are described. According to the project documentation and following realization, the documentation of final concept reflecting the real status of the device is described.

Computer Modeling of Tissue Development
Bednář, Vojtěch ; Hedrlín, Zdeněk (advisor)
Title: Computer Modeling of Tissue Development Author: Vojtech Bednaf Department: Department of Applied Mathematics Supervisor: Doc. RNDr. Zdenek Hedrlm, CSc. Abstract: This thesis describes hybrid individual cell-based approach to modeling of systems of biological cells. In the first part reaction-diffusion model of environment is introduced together with vax equilibrium and model of cell based on zygotic graph and cumulative states. Further, simulations modeling three biologically motivated situations are introduced: Lumen formation, tumour growth, and cellular migration in chronic inflammation. The first model shows a scenario of hollow structure formation based on directional division and cellular migration. The second model is concerned with the growth of a progeny of a slightly damaged cell. The resulting tumour exhibits three stages of malign transformation. Further, emergence of an aggressive tumour without detectable precursor is observed on one hand and a continual transformation of a benign neoplasm into a malign one is seen on the other hand. Each of these cases is a consequence of different parametrization of the model situation. The last model analyses the role of membrane enzymatic activity in migrating cells of the immune system in chronic inflammation. In this model it is observed that...
Computer predictions of cell movement
Bednář, Vojtěch ; Mrázová, Iveta (referee)
Title: Computer predictions of cell movement Author: Vojtěch Bednář Department: Department of Applied Mathematics Supervisor: Doc. RNDr. Zdeněk Hedrlín, CSc. Supervisor's e-mail address: zdenek@kam.mff.cuni.cz Abstract: This work is focused on computer modelling of cells' behavior. Emphasis is layed on dynamics of cell structures creation. Our model is based on so called zygotic graph, which defines production of ligands by the cell in respose to it's chemical environment. This graph is widened with cell movement definition in direction of the highest concentration of the most seen substance. There are two topics modelled. Differentiation of homogenous tissues and angiogenesis. Part of the work is a simulation program. Experiences with performing of virtual experiments in it gives to the user a suitable frame of understanding of given topic. We show, that the number of isolated differentiated cells could be regulated by one quantitative parameter. Next, it seems, that a two - dimensional layout of a homogenous tissue could be in particular sense more suitable for differentiation, than in one - dimensional case. The work also allows us to see that consumption of environmental chemical supstances by cells could have an important influence on correct micro - vessel network buildup. Keywords: cell, simulation,...
Vliv různých způsobů zpracování půdy na obsah vody v půdě
Bednář, Václav
This thesis deals with soil tillage and its effect on volume and mass moisture of soil. Theoretical part therefore contains information about soil and its properties that affect soil humidity, information about importance of water and water dynamics and characteristic of basic soil treatment operations. Practical part is based on parcel field trial realized at the experimental field station of Mendel University in Žabčice during years 2015, 2016 and 2017. Two basic variants of soil tillage were established: moldboard plowing and reduce tillage to a depth of 15 cm. These two variants of tillage were applied to two types of crop rotation: Norfolk crop rotation system and repetition of monoculture of spring barley. The soil samples were always taken in the barley in two terms: BBCH 30 and BBCH 61 in five depth of the soil profile up to 30 cm. In direct comparsion of tillage variants there was no statistically significant diference. Slightly higher values were measured in plowing variant, especialy in 2016. In the first term of soil sampling had plowing variant significantly higher (p <0,05) volume moisture 15,70 % compared to minimization 14,63 %. In second term had minimization higher volume moisture 10,13 % than plowing variant 10,01 %. When compared individual depths of soil sampling, the lowest moisture content was detected in depth 0–5 cm. There was also difference between tillage variants. Values of mass moisture of minimization variant was 12,87 % and plowing variant 15,78 %. Moisture differences depending on soil tillage and crop rotation was not statistically significant. Mass moisture in barely monoculture was higher in minimization 17,18 % than plowing variant 16,94 %. In norfolk crop rotation system was higher mass moisture 17,16 % in plowing variant compared with minimization 16,50 %.
