Břečková, Jana ; Šťáhlavský, František (advisor) ; Dalíková, Martina (referee)
This bachelor thesis focuses on a use of cytogenetic methods in the taxonomy of Polyneoptera insects. To answer this question, it is necessary to analyse all available data on inter- and intraspecific variability of karyotypes in individual insect groups. In the introduction of this thesis, cytogenetic methods used in polyneopterous insects are described. These methods are used to collect information on diploid number of chromosomes, chromosome morphology and sex-determination system. The main part of the thesis focuses on a description of karyotype variability and on a possibility to use this information for taxonomic purposes in individual insect groups. Key words: Polyneoptera insects, cytogenetic methods, karyotypes, taxonomy, chromosomes, sex-determination

The topic of this Bachelor Thesis is a translation of a non-fiction text from German and a professional commentary to that translation. The text for the translation was chosen from the internet server www.novaesium.de. It consists of several chapters from the text, the goal of which is to give a brief description of the history of the Germanic peoples. There will be translated all chapters except for chapters II. Die germanischen Stämme, VI. Tracht, Schmuck und Bewaffnung and VIII. Landwirtschaft und Siedlungswesen. The reason for shortening is mainly the extent of the entire text as compared to the extent of the planned Bachelor Thesis. The commentary to the translation is concerned with a translation analysis of the text, that means an analysis of intratextual and extratextual factors according to Ch. Nord, and with a description of the used methods and typologies of translation problems and shifts.

BŘEČKOVÁ, Jana
In my thesis I am concerned with compiled interactive textbook designed for first-year primary school pupils. This textbook focuses on counting with transfer over 5 and 10 with the use of interactive white board and abacuses. In the introductory part of my work I describe the knowledge pupils have when they start their first school year and I deal with Mathematics at the beginning of the first year, abacuses, interactive white boards, textbook and interactive textbook. The main part applies to interactive textbook manual in which I describe the environment, control and particular examples. I also refer to lessons that have been taught at two primary schools. The conclusion consists of a feed-back obtained from teachers in the form of a questionnaire, my self-assessment, and evaluation of taught lessons and their effect on the basis of worksheets.
