Numerical simulation of core blowing
Abraham, Martin ; Brázda, Zdeněk (referee) ; Krutiš, Vladimír (advisor)
This work focuses on simulation of core blowing into the core boxes. Mechanical production of cores is now a normal part of any foundry. But can never predict whether core can make right the first time. This situation can be used as a helper QuikCAST simulation program that is able to handle the issue and deal with and can find the optimal basis.
Technological aspects of cutting tools wear
Abraham, Martin ; Humár, Anton (referee) ; Prokop, Jaroslav (advisor)
Abraham, M. Technological aspects of cutting tools wear. Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of Brno University of Technology, 34s. Bachelor´s Thesis.
Microfluidics
Abrahám, Martin ; Sluše, Jan (referee) ; Rudolf, Pavel (advisor)
The bachelor's thesis deals with phenomenon of gas and fluid flow in equipment with micro scale. The first part is dedicated to describe Reynolds number and laminar flow in micro channel. The second part is dedicated to describe specific equipment for pumping a working material – micropumps, microvalves, microneedels, micromixers.
Design of microfluidic mixer
Abrahám, Martin ; Fialová, Simona (referee) ; Rudolf, Pavel (advisor)
Microfluidic devices are more frequently being used in medicine as they operate with small amounts of test samples, such as blood or reagent chemicals. To work with such substances, effective mixing of the solution is usually required, which emerged as the most challenging problem in microfluidic systems. Due to the minor dimensions of the devices only laminar flow occurs, thus the turbulent eddies do not contribute to the mixing, but only the molecular diffusivity.
Internet shop for government services
Abrahám, Milan ; Nečaský, Martin (advisor) ; Klímek, Jakub (referee)
Services provided by the state are currently not being presented to citizens in a uni- form way. The Register of Rights and Obligations (Registr práv a povinností) contains data about all provided services. The goal of this thesis is the creation of a functional internet eshop prototype, targeted to citizens. In addition to searching and recommen- ding, the eshop shall also allow the ordering of services and communication with autho- rities. This thesis describes the register and its purpose. The available data is analyzed. There are not enough of them for a proper functionality of some parts, so their adjust- ment is suggested. Communication with authorities isn't unified, this work presents a new way, using forms. They are generated dynamically, according to a designed data structure. The architecture and development of the eshop are described, including a testing process. The possibilities of future expansion are summarized. 1
Methodology of training of scuba diving for disabled
Abraham, Martin ; Čichoň, Rostislav (advisor) ; Potměšil, Jaroslav (referee)
The name of the study: Methodology of training of scuba diving for disabled Aim of the study: A primary aim is to get the highest possible amount of valid information related to methodology of training of scuba diving for disabled and health contra- indications of disabled when scuba diving. A secondary aim is to carry out an analysis and a synthesis of information and to create a comprehensive view of diving. A tertiary aim is to offer the research to all people who need it (such as instructors, lectors, disabled, etc.). Methods of the work: The study is based on finding of specific information about adapted methodology of training of scuba diving for disabled and mainly about health contra- indications related to specific disabilities from all available sources. Analysis and synthesis were used to process gained information. Results: The study gives an informative overview of each scuba diving disciplines, scuba diving history, types of diving, diving expertise, diving of disabled in the Czech Republic and abroad, a possibilityfor disabled to get diving expertise, furthermore of classifications of different disability types for swimming disciplines and for comparison also further classifications for example from the point of view of sports games and methodology of training of scuba diving for...
