Compact Antenna System for Satellite Signals Reception in UHF Band
Lukáč, Vladimír ; Pítra, Kamil (oponent) ; Urbanec, Tomáš (vedoucí práce)
This thesis describes the design of an antenna array for the reception of satellite signals in the UHF band. In this thesis, methods of obtaining information about the satellite and their statistical evaluation are presented. Based on the information obtained, the selected antenna is designed. The designed single antenna is simulated in the HFSS Ansys program. The simulations take into account the maximum gain, the reflection coefficient and the bandwidth of the antenna. Base model and results are later used for antenna array. With the same methods, the antenna array is tested in the simulator as the single antenna. Based on the simulations, the single antenna is physically made and measured. The results obtained from the single antenna serve as basis for creating the antenna array.
Detector of optical beam position
Lukáč, Vladimír ; Barcík, Peter (oponent) ; Kolka, Zdeněk (vedoucí práce)
The bachelor's thesis deals with the design of an optical beam position detector with the required parameters. The aim was to select a suitable photodetector that captures light rays and converts them into photocurrent, to design photocurrent processing into a voltage signal with linear properties and specified parameters, to convert the analog form of the voltage signal into digital information with which a microcomputer or microcontroller can work. The analog part of the work is simulated in the program OrCAD PSpice, in which the functionality and correctness of the designs is confirmed. The digital part processes the voltage signal to the information of the used channel, its level displays this data on the display.
