Relationship between the general regulation of the protection of personal rights and its regulation in media law Summary in English: The purpose of my thesis is to analyse regulation of the protection of personal rights. I think this topic is these days very important legal issue, because I suppose everybody was at least once exposed to nuisance of privacy. So, I think, it is important to know, how can people defend themselves in legal way against invasion of privacy. I also think that the knowledge of legal ways of protection against invasion of privacy can be useful for a lot of people. This is one of main reasons, why I have chosen this topic. Every individual (natural person) has the right to protection of his personhood (personality). The section 11 of the Civil code represents enumeration of protected rights. This section includes protection of life and health, civic honour and human dignity, as well as privacy, name and expressions of a personal nature. The expressions of a personal nature are enumerated in the section 12 of Civil Code. Personhood is protected not only under the Civil Code, but also under the provisions of other Acts (Criminal Code, Labour Code, and some special statutes). Přiblížit oblast Polabí a zmapovat tuto oblast z hlediska turisticky zajímavých cílů. Úkolem je navrhnout zajímavý desetidenní program pro rodiny s dětmi v oblasti Polabí a vytvořit odpovídající informační materiál - leták. Metoda: Výsledky: Cílů této práce bude dosaženo pomocí osobního dotazování, telefonického dotazování, elektronického dotazování, pozorování a obsahové analýzy. New Building of Sports Centre

The subject of my master´s thesis is the proces of structurylly-technical part of the project documentation of a new building of sports centre in Polná. Designed building is located in the western part of the field by gently sloping terrain. The building is divided into two patrs of the building. Sports hall and facilities for athletes and spectators. The sports hall has one floor and is partially below the surface. The sports hall is covered with a gable roof. Roof cladding is made of sandwich panels. Facilities has two floors and is covered by a flat roof. This is a new building, which are used in conventional building materials. The main fittings include brick and reinforced concrete.

The subject of master´s thesis is to make project documentation for a new building of kindergarten in Kuřim. The building is single – storey, without basement and its capacity is 66 children divided into 3 classes. As foundation system of the building are used foundation strips. Floor plan of the building is irregular. The building is designed from construction system Porotherm. Building is covered by a green roof.

New Building of Halls of Residence, Brno

Novostavba, veřejná stavba, studentské ubytování, stravování, studovna, parkoviště, keramické zdivo, skelet, plochá střecha, železobeton, předpjaté stropní panely, ETICS The task of the diploma thesis “Novostavba kolejí v Brně” is to elaborate the documentation according to the current version of the regulation No. 499/2006 Sb. The aforesaid compound is situated on an actual estate in a built-in area of the city of Brno, cadastral community of Královo Pole. The building functions as an accommodation for students of the University of Defence. The building is divided in three parts – two of them function as an accommodation, the third one incorporates conveniences of the hall of residence (boarding, administration, storeroom, library). The accommodation part has 5 floors in total, the conveniences are situated on the 2 above-ground floors and the basement. The compound is a wall construction with the ETICS weatherproofing insulation, combined with columns in the central section. The ceiling construction is made of reinforced concrete and prestressed concrete ceilings. The roof is flat and vegetative. The diploma thesis includes architectural study, preparatory works and specializations in the field of founding.

Evaluation of the weight of animals caught in hunting HS Kunzak

It was done weighing weight caught pieces of roe deer before and after the abattoir body with red deer (Capreolus capreolus), in the time between the years 2002 - 2015 (total 352 pieces), then craniometric simultaneously measuring the skulls of males - a total of 181 skulls. From available research articles, it was found that the weight of deer, roe not only depend on the seasons, especially in the life cycles of animals and to heat, lactation period of emergency and peace. Simultaneously, also on the altitude, the availability and choice of food. Furthermore, the article confirms the fact that animals kept in game preserves is far greater shape than animals in the wild.
This research work concerning the weight of deer hunting in Kunžak in southern Bohemia, augmented by craniometric measurement deer. Caught or dead pieces were weighed before the ejection, then after evisceration and decapitation, and runs. Data is written to the tables, then evaluated and averaged. Measurements showed that the size of the skull is not dependent on the weight of pieces of male animals. Best trophy deer showed the greatest weight. This demonstrates the scale of irregular antlers who was best trophy, which was 16.6 kg prior to ejection and 10.5 kg after evisceration department and runs a head. In contrast, the greatest weight was irregular antlers which was 22 kg before ejection and 17 kg after evisceration department and runs a head.

Definition of rural areas: approaches, methods and application to the territory of South Bohemia

The presented bachelor thesis deals with defining of urban and rural landscape areas. The main aim of the thesis is the application of three different methods of defining countryside residencies in the territory of South Bohemia from the perspective of the population size of municipalities, population density and commuting principle and also synthesis of the aforementioned approaches. The practical part is preceded by three chapters describing the theoretical foundations of the issue of rural landscape defining and providing South Bohemia characteristics. The final two chapters are focused on methodology, data processing and results analysis.

Prevention of speech and langugage disorders in Horácko region Kindergartens

The bachelorś thesis focuses on method and range of speech disorders prevention in kindergartens of the Horácko region. Theoretical part contains characteristics of the Horácko region, definition of the language disorders prevention and the primary language disorders prevention in a kindergarten. It brings factors supporting the development of childrenś language abilities, education and screening. It defines conditions of language disorders prevention in a kindergarten and describes the tasks of the prophylactic language therapist. Research described in the practical part is based on an inquiry of two groups of professionals, teachers and teachers-language disorders therapist. The obtained data was compared in relation to different types of kindergartens.

Veterinary Surgery, Náchod

The thesis solves the processing of a project documentation of a veterinary clinic in Nachod. The project and attachments are processed in accordance with current laws, regulations and standards. The Veterinary Clinic is located on parcels č.122 / 3 and 122/4, which are parts of the cadastral municipality Nachod. Near the land under the adjoining local roads, there are utilities routed. In the building of veterinary clinic, there will be 2 surgeries, 2 operating rooms, laboratory, pharmacy, grocery breeders and editorial office. Veterinary Clinic is a two-storey building with a rectangular ground plan with dimensions of approximately 40 x 19 meters. The building has 3 main entrances. Admission to the clinic and store are situated on the northwestern side. Entry into the pharmacy and the editorial office, which is located on the 2nd floor, are on the southeast side. The supporting wall system is made of aerated concrete, ceiling is made of reinforced concrete. On the building's flat roof with reinforced concrete supporting structure.

Kindergarten Český Těšín

The subject of this master´s thesis is a detailed design documentation of a newly-built kindergarten in Český Těšín. The building is located on flat land, does not have a basement and has two above - ground floors with flat roof. The kindergarten will contain 2 classes for 50 kids in total, kitchen, technical background, facilities for staff and a place for a leisure time activities. The building is made of combined construction system comprising brick walls and reinforced concrete columns and girders. The project will also include the parking lots and pavements.
