The bachelor thesis is focused on the evaluation of the financial situation of the TISK CENTRUM s.r.o. company between the years 2015 and 2019 and proposals for its improvement. The work is divided into three parts. The first part deals with theory, defines concepts and indicators of financial analysis. The second part focuses on practical employment of the indicators listed in the first part. It also uses the results to compare the company, that is being evaluated, with their competition. The third part of the work presents proposals for improving the financial situation of the company.

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the assessment of the financial condition of the company Slevarex s.r.o. Implemented in the years 2015 to 2019. The work is divided into free chapters, the first chapter is focused on the theoretical foundations of the work. The second chapter presents the current financial condition of the company and the third chapter proposes measures and interventions that can help improve the financial condition of key areas.

Mine bachelor thesis is divided into three main sections; theoretic section, practical section and the one part with own suggestions for improve. In theoretical part is important to know all the terms that will be needed in the rest of my whole thesis. In the second part of the thesis, there will be applied every knowledge into practice with finance analysis. The outcomes from this part will be compared with optimal values and average values of the particular industry. The methods of financial analysis will be used, such as valuation of profitability or liquidity, but also Zmijewski model and R. Douchy’s analysis. In the last part, suggestion section, there will be used these outcomes from practical section and also, there will be drawn up some solutions for the company to use and improve her financial performance.

The bachelor’s thesis aims at the evaluation of financial performance of TKZ Polná, s.r.o in years 2016-2019. It describes the theoretical knowledge of this field and builds upon it when analysing the current situation of an enterprise. The financial performance of the company is evaluated using the analysis of classical and modern indicators, Spider analysis and the Economic Normal. It brings suggestions and recommendations for the improvement of the company’s financial performance.

The main goal of the bachelor's thesis is to determine the cost functions of the contract of the construction company Standan s. r. o.. The sub-objectives of the thesis are to define the theoretical basis of the solution, to perform a classification analysis and to define the cost function of the order. The last partial objective is to identify the key parameters of the cost function and their relationship with the total price of the order through correlation and regression analysis.

In the last part, proposals for increasing demand are presented.

This Bachelor thesis deals with building an econometric model of a bottled beer consumption forecast. The aim of this study is to provide such input in an investment plan, which considers purchasing a bottling line in a craft brewery. Besides it contains procedures of statistical and econometric model verifications in order to determine the optimal one.
