Title: The current state of fitness of footballers 1. FC Viktorie Přerov in the juniors age Objectives: Determine the current fitness of footballers in category U12 - U15 in 1. FC Viktorie Přerov club Methods: Indirect measurement method Results: The best results had footballers from U15 category as we assumed. The difference between U15 and U14 was often very small. On the contrary U13 footballers were behind U14 a lot. The worst results had the youngest category U12. Players from U15 and U14 drop behind in 30 metres sprint in the contrary of Brazil U15 cathegory. Average results of U15 in Přerov is 4,52 seconds. Average results of Brazil U15 is from 4,24 to 4,30 seconds. In other disciplines are results similar with the other studies. Effects of high-intensity interval training on the aerobic performance of soccer players

Title: Effects of high-intensity interval training on the aerobic performance of soccer players. Objectives: Influence eight-weeks intervention HIIT program on aerobic performance of football players. A secondary aim was to determine influence eight-weeks intervention HIIT program on aerobic performance of football players ages categories U16 and U17. Methods: High intensity interval training Results: After eight-weeks HIIT program occurred in the experimental group of football players to improve aerobic performance. HIIT program therefore has positive effects on aerobic performance. Football player age category U17 increased performance of 1,9 ml.min-1 .kg-1 , which is slightly greater increase than in age category U16 which increased performance of 1,6 ml.min-1 .kg-1 . Title: Comparison of physical activity programs in football category U7. Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to determine the effect of two different five-week intervention programs for performance in gaming skills at 7 years old football players. Methods: In this thesis was used experimental plan called Switch replication design and own tests of soccer skills. To compare the effect of selected intervention programs was used method of comparison. Results: For shooting on the goal with proved enhanced effect after completion of the intervention program, whose contents were training of the exercises training of the football skills and training of the games. Title: The impact of high-intensity interval training on aerobic and anaerobic performance of soccer prayers Objectives: To find out the impact of a high-intensity interval training and a speed-strength-skill fitness programme on aerobic and anaerobic performance in a group of 14 year old football prayers. Methods: 15 youths who were 13,8±0,6 years of age took part in the 6-weeks research. They were devided into 2 groups. A method of high-intensity interval training was used in a group EX1 (n = 8). A group EX2 (n = 7) participated in speed-strength- skill fitness programme which consisted of speed training. The methods that were being used were a method of repeated starts with acceleration as well as a method of circuit and skill training. To be able to assess the actual aerobic and anaerobic preformance a Yo-Yo intermittent recovery test level 2 was used as well as a test of a long jump from a spot with standing start. Results: We found out that after a 6-weeks research there was an improvement of aerobic performance of the participants taking part in HIIT programme whose VO2max improved by 2,55 ml.kg-1 .min-1 as well as of the participants taking part in a speed-strength-skill fitness programme who managed to increase their VO2max by 1,41 ml.kg-1 .min-1 . Comparasion of selected activities of individual gameplay and team gameplay in different phases of football evolution. Comparative historical research with target to find out relations between past and present time. Selected matches: CSSR - Brazil (World Cup 1962, Chile) CSSR - NDR (European Championship 1976, Beograd) Manchester United - Bayern Mnichov (Champions League 1999) Netherlands - Czech Republic (European Championship 2004) Manchester City - QPR (Premiere League 2012) Brazil - Deutschland (World Cup 2014, Brazil) Methods: To write down and evaluate obtained informations in each time period. Observative analysis with quantitative score by methode called indirect observation. Category system (chosen in advance) for systematic categorisation of picked indicators (movement and gameplay activity). Work results: Almost all expected hypothesis have been confirmed in our work. The most successfull game system is fast counter attack. The most successfull players in scoring are attackers. Title: The effect of a short-term intervention program for development of sprint abilities in young soccer players (U15) Autor: Tomá Chaloupka Head of work: Mgr. Jakub Kok tejn, Ph.D. Objectives: The aim of the thesis is to verify the effectiveness of a short-term intervention program for sprint speed development in young soccer players (U15). Methods: The research sample included soccer players (15 year old; n=12; 14,2±0,3 years) from the highest competitive level in the Czech Republic. For the interventional effect verification we used several sprint tests (sprint on 5, 10 and 30 meters, shuttle sprint 2x10 meters). Data analysis was performed by using IBM SPSS software version 22. Results: In the experimental group we did not found any significant improvement in the posttest in any individual tests after completion of the short-term speed-oriented intervention. Based on our results we note that we have failed to verify the effectiveness of the short-term intervention program for the sprint development in the young soccer players. Method: Following tests have been used: standing broad jump, 4x10m shuttle run ,sit-ups repeatedly for 30 seconds, keeping the ball changing direction and deceptive movements along the defined path and accuracy of passing on the inside of the legs on the ground after dribbling.
