Production logistics of printed circuits desks
Susko, Petr ; Starý, Jiří (referee) ; Špinka, Jiří (advisor)
This thesis describes the design of a new plant for the production of printed circuit boards with a capacity of 40,000 square meters per year. Describes the basic principles of a new production, production logistics principles and technological design, procedure for application of the method SLP, placement of production areas and capacity calculation of employees and machines. It also describes the technological process of production of printed circuit boards with subtractive method and discusses the different steps of production with regard to the proposed production. The practical part deals with the actual realization of the project, a selection of production technology, machinery, design the layout of the building, capacity calculations, deployment tools, practical application of the method SLP, visualization of production in the Plavis VisTable software, waste management and economic evaluation of project costs.
Reliability of LED Panels Solder Joints
Šimon, Vojtěch ; Špinka, Jiří (referee) ; Starý, Jiří (advisor)
Thesis is focused on the effect of heating factor on quality of solder joints. In theoretical part is solved reflow soldering technology, problematice of solder paste choice or criteria of soldering profile setting. The practical part is dedicated to demonstrating the impact of heating factor on solder joint quality. There are used X-Ray analysis, microsections and electron microscopy. In the final part of this thesis are summarized knowledge from theoretical part and experimental obtained results to defend of next steps in diploma thesis.
Voltage contrast method at detection of secondary electrons by scintillation detector in VP SEM
Jabůrek, Ladislav ; Špinka, Jiří (referee) ; Jirák, Josef (advisor)
This thesis deals with scanning electron microscope working at higher pressure in the specimen chamber. The main goal was to study the voltage contrast on the PN junction of the transistor under suitable working conditions for using environmental scanning microscope. The observation of sample was enabled by a scintillation detector designed for observation of high pressure.
Using Cosmos FloWorks for analyse the detector.
Bordovský, Petr ; Špinka, Jiří (referee) ; Maxa, Jiří (advisor)
This work deal with the analysis of influence of pressure‘s sizes in vacuum chamber of specimen Evironmental Scanning Electron Microscope and the influence of sizes of aperture diaphragm by scintillation detector. The analysis proceeds in detector of secondary electrons. The detector is modelled by system 3D CAD SolidWorks with the help of system CAE Cosmos FloWorks.
Logistic process leadership optimization in big enterprise
Přichystal, Tomáš ; Zatloukal, Miroslav (referee) ; Špinka, Jiří (advisor)
The Master’s thesis deals with logistics and resources monitoring area, which is inseparable part of every production oriented economic activity. It uses electronic monitoring systems for more effective dealing with stock records in a production company that has many stores. The monitoring utilizes modern technologies, that are burgeoning and finding its use in all branches of market.
Observation of Insulators in ESEM
Matějka, Milan ; Špinka, Jiří (referee) ; Jirák, Josef (advisor)
This graduation theses in introduction deals with principle and problems of electron signal detection in scanning electron microscopy and charging of insulating specimens in SEM. The experimental part of the thesis describe the methods of qualification and quantification of insulating specimen charging effect observed in environmental scanning electron microscope through the use of ionisation and scintillation detector in dependence on water vapour pressure in specimen chamber. The goal of the thesis is formation of the methodics useful to evaluate charging effect at insulating specimens observing and on the basis of measuring, determine optimal conditions for insulating specimen observation with ionisation and scintillation detector.
E-learning for subject technological projecting and logistic
Klimeš, Roman ; Krbek,, Jaroslav (referee) ; Špinka, Jiří (advisor)
Proposed bachelor thesis is concerned with problem of projection of electro-technical productions and production logistics with contingency of multimedia education at university. I have elaborated the project of material store and finished goods store for company, which produce small electro motors, which meant identification of processing of technological project, with principles of innovations, directing of resources, storage and logistics. In this connection I have shared in innovation of subject „ Projection of electro-technical productions, logistics and ecology“ to multimedia image for usage for teaching.
REBALLING OF BGA PACKAGES USING PACE TF2700 EQUIPMENT
Roháček, Peter ; Špinka, Jiří (referee) ; Starý, Jiří (advisor)
The Diploma thesis is focused on reballing of BGA packages with the device PACE TF 2700. It describes the general types of BGA packages, their defects, importance of thermal management to the solder techniques, where it is also talked about the meaning of solders and fluxes for the joint. The work informs about the most common methods of reballing, the proper handling of components and the current situation with BGA stencils on the market. It briefly describes the device operation of PACE TF 2700, that is working on the convection and IR principle of heating components. It deals with the manufacturing of the template, dummy BGA packages, the test plates, creation of the thermo profile, comparing and examining the defects and their causes, which had the most significant impact on the results. The achievements would serve for comparing them with the results of the future laboratory exercises or as a subject for further works.
Ionization Detector for Variable Pressure SEM
Černoch, David ; Špinka, Jiří (referee) ; Jirák, Josef (advisor)
This graduation theises deal with influence of an additional grating possitioned berween the sample and the ionisation detektor of the environmental scannin elektron microscope on signal detection. Signal level is measured for changing pressure, at different voltages on the aditional grating, at different sample - additional electrode distance and at different sample - detektor distance. Influence of the additional grating is simulated for real working conditions on PC.
Lead Free Solder Joint Strength and Cooling Gradiient Influence
Vítek, Jiří ; Špinka, Jiří (referee) ; Starý, Jiří (advisor)
The object of this work is to monitor the impact of gradient cooling on the strength of the solder joint and its crystalic structure. Dummy packages BGA4 were soldered on PCBs with test structure. Base material FR4, Cu interconnections were protected with OSP and Ni – Au surface finishes and SAC405 solder was used. The samples were made in three different cooling gradients, 6.80 °C/s, 2.00 °C/s and 0.16 °C/s. The bond strength was measured by using the shear strength test on device DAGE PC 2400. Realised microsections were studied on an optical microscope OLYMPUS GX 51.
