Comparison of Costs for Construction of Family House Realized by Self-Help and by Contractor
Maršálek, Emil ; Vojtěch, Dušan (referee) ; Hanák, Tomáš (advisor)
In my graduation theses I am dealing with comparing the final price of a construction,if the construction is beeing realized as house raising or a supply. In the theoretic part of my theses we are going to acquaint with the prices in the building industry since the year 1990 until present, with the price development, the price order and the price system in the Czech Republic.Let us talk about what are the information resources to determine the price of a construction. We will demonstrate the way of making up the price of the project during its life cycle step by step.In the practical part of my theses I do the price analysis of a building carried out as house raising or a supply.First I describe the way of making both prices. Then the prices are compared among each other. At the conclusion the lowest price of the building is chosen according to the way of its construction and also my recommendation which construction form is the most conveniant for the promoter.
Overhead costs in the construction company
Studený, Jaromír ; Vojtěch, Dušan (referee) ; Hanák, Tomáš (advisor)
This Bachelor thesis summarizes overhead expenses in a construction company. The theoretical part is focused on general explanation of costs, cost management and overhead expenses in a construction company. The practical part concentrates on the analysis and evaluation of the data from the questionnaire survey, which was performed to analyze the methods of overhead expenses management in czech construction companies.
Energy Consumption Reduction of Panel Buildings
Pozděnová, Barbora ; Vojtěch, Dušan (referee) ; Hanák, Tomáš (advisor)
The aim of the Thesis is to describe the current trends in reducing energy use of blocks of flats and to analyse the costs and profits of these projects using a certain example. The theoretical part describes the history of construction, the characteristic of the panel houses including some common faults, and the provided grants for their reconstruction. The practical part deals with the assessment of three existing panel houses, which were insulated in different time periods, with various strategies and under different financial conditions.
Economic and Environmental Evaluation of Energy Saving Measures on Residential Buildings
Dosedělová, Pavla ; Vojtěch, Dušan (referee) ; Hanák, Tomáš (advisor)
The Bachelor Work goes into energy conservation measures of prefabricated blocks of flats, it deals with their effect on the environment and economic efficiency. In the theoretical part particular measures are described and possible economic and environmental assessment methods are defined. The practical part is devoted to two already realized cases of the thermal insulated prefabricated blocks of flats.
Preparation of quasicrystals Al-Cu-Fe by mechanical alloying and SPS
Novák, P. ; Kubatík, Tomáš František ; Hendrych, R. ; Voděrová, M. ; Vojtěch, D.
This work deals with the preparation of fine-grained material based on quasicrystalline phase of Al-Fe-Cu powder metallurgy using mechanical alloying and compaction method "Spark Plasma Sintering". Described the dependence of the microstructure and phase composition of powders depending on the conditions of the mechanical alloying. It was studied the stability of the quasicrystalline phase at various temperatures and times of compacting
Selective Leaching as a Method of Metallic Nanoparticles Preparation
Michalcová, A. ; Vojtěch, D. ; Kubatík, Tomáš František ; Marek, I. ; Svobodová, P. ; Novák, P.
Selective leaching is process used mainly in analytical praxis–alloy matrix is dissolved and the residuum can be study by different methods. In this article, modification of selective leaching determined for production of metallic nanoparticles is described.Selective leaching technique lays in preparation of supersaturated solid solution of desired element in matrix metal –by convenient heat treatment or by rapid solidification of the binary alloy. Consequently, the matrix metal is selectively dissolved and metal nanoparticles from other metal are formed. The size, shape and agglomeration of forming metallic nanoparticles are dependent on many factors such as reaction temperature, concentration of leaching solution, additives present in leaching solution. The metal mainly used as matrix component is aluminium due to is amphoteric behaviour. It enables aluminium dissolution in sodium hydroxide without affecting the minor metal. Nobel metals like silver or copper forms
Směrová krystalizace eutektika Ti-Al-Si
Vojtěch, D. ; Lejček, Pavel ; Kopeček, Jaromír ; Bialasová, K.
Results of directional solidification experiments with eutectic alloys composed of matrix and silicide particles. It is shown that the matrix is more affected by directional solidification than silicides.
