Resinate pastes
Tomašák, Lukáš ; Jankovský, Jaroslav (referee) ; Řezníček, Michal (advisor)
The work is dedicated to the production of a thick film with resinate paste on a ceramic substrate based on a proposal test motive. It introduced the optimization of the workflow leading to the successful realization of the layer. Using an electron microscope, it is performed evaluation of the quality of resultant layer and analysis of the composition of the paste. In the last part of the work it is carried out measurements of temperature and electrical properties of resinate paste.
System of Identification Solder Joint Failures
Vejmola, Tomáš ; Řezníček, Michal (referee) ; Šandera, Josef (advisor)
This paper describes the draft and implementation of a system for identifying failures on the soldered joints from already existing system, which is, however, limited by dependence of the operating system of the human factor. The innovated system provides us an automatic testing of soldered joints using a computer, with subsequent processing of data electronically using the corresponding software. The first part is devoted to the theory of the formation of flaws on the soldered joints and to the familiarization with uninnovated system. Subsequently, work continues with the practical part, which introduces us the procedure and implementation of the innovated system for identifying failures on the soldered joints. The final part of this paper is an evaluation of the results and fulfilment of work requirements.
Automatization of 3D stacking process
Kamenec, Jan ; Řezníček, Michal (referee) ; Buršík, Martin (advisor)
The task of my thesis was to automate the process of 3D stacking. The work includes design of complex control board, that will serve as a control unit and provide a comprehensive function of mechanical displacement in combination with digital image acquisition. In addition, the electronics for controlling a stepper motor, PCB and the design. The result of this is a facility that provides automatic acquisition of images with different depth of field.
Definition of thermotension by lead and lead-free solders
Dvořák, Jaroslav ; Řezníček, Michal (referee) ; Jankovský, Jaroslav (advisor)
This research work is dealing with impact and size of the thermoelectric that may influence DC circuits. Main part of this thesis is to build experimental equipment for measurement of the thermoelectric and following usage this equipment for detection of the size the thermoelectric voltage for lead and lead-free solders. The theoretical part of this work deals with creation and usage of the thermoelectric in electrical engineering industry. In this particular part of this work is an example how the thermoelectric influence DC circuits. Then I describe thermoelectric generation from the motherboard to the die. The practical part of this thesis is focused on the development of the equipment for measuring of the thermoelectric of different types of materials. The Thermoelectric has been measured on two types of the lead, six types lead-free solders and on four types of the thermocouple wires. It has been measured within the range from 0°C to 80°C. In the end of this work is summary, where is reviewed witch of solders is the best for an applications affected by the thermoelectric.
The direct writing of thick film pastes
Ištvánek, Jan ; Řezníček, Michal (referee) ; Buršík, Martin (advisor)
This work deals with the problem of the thick-film pastes and their printing. In the main chapter of this work, the realization of a workplace for thick-film pastes' printing is described. The construction of the realized plotter and the controlling electronics of the plotter is depicted in detail. In the following chapter, the console, through which the plotter is controlled via PC, and the CAD program, which serves for projecting of the motives printed, are described. In the final chapter of this work, the measured profiles of the paste printed for various settings of printing parameters and the photographs of the motives printed are stated.
Modeling of thermodynamic sensors
Psota, Boleslav ; Buršík, Martin (referee) ; Řezníček, Michal (advisor)
This work deals with behavior of the temperature dependent element that makes a part of thermodynamics system. The aim of this work is to analyze the behavior of that element and to solve the virtual model in PC program ANSYS.
Modelling of microelectronic structures properties
Luňáček, Erik ; Řezníček, Michal (referee) ; Vaško, Cyril (advisor)
This work is focused on thermomechanical and electric analyses of microelectronic structures in the ANSYS program. Firstly an analysed model was formed in the program Solidworks. Then structures with components SOT23, SMD 1206, FlipChip and chip with wire bonding interconnection were analyzed. The analyses were performed for the temperatures 50, 100, 150 °C and various materials. The simulations outputs are presented as pictures in colours with models deformations and calculated values. The results will be utilised in education and presented on the web. The Flash, ActionScript and XML technologies were used for application to present results of the research.
Optimized Thermo-dynamic Senzor with Balance P¨rincip
Řezníček, Michal ; Jankovský, Jaroslav (referee) ; Szendiuch, Ivan (advisor)
This work deal with taking advatage of ballance thermodynamic sensors as the replacement of commercial temperature sensors.
Design of stone mastix asphalt and determinantion of the resistance against permanent deformation
Řezníček, Michal ; Hýzl, Petr (referee) ; Varaus, Michal (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with designing stone mastic asphalt with modified parameters in comparison to the current applicable standard. It describes the sub-parts of the design such as tests of raw materials (aggregates and asphalt), a proposal for a modified grading curve, and mixture tests. After suggesting a satisfactory mixture, it presents the test of produced boards'resistance to permanent deformations at 50 ° C and 60 ° C. The obtained results are then evaluated and mutually compared.
Yasser Arafat and his influence on the Israeli-Palestinian conflict
Řezníček, Michal ; Havlová, Radka (advisor) ; Novotná, Yvona (referee)
The bachelor thesis deals with a theory of leadership, especially the basic rules on how to become a good leader, then the Israeli-Palestinian conflict and then deals with the personality of Yasser Arafat and his involvement in the Middle East, especially in matters of the peace proces. It clearly explains the gradual increase of his political power, his association with the Palestine Liberation Organization and the related impact on the most important events in the region, which might have ended differently without his involvement. The results of this study make it possible to prove that Yasser Arafat was one of the obstacles in efforts to achieve peace in the Middle East. The research methods were primarily used to find the answers.
