Title: Case Study of physiotherapy treatment of a patient after the fracture of the proximal part of the humerus resolved by the osteosynthesis Objectives: The main purpose of this paper was to get orientated in the professional literature in the field concerned. Another goal was to find out the author's abilities to examine and work with a patient, followed by stating a conclusion, suggesting an appropriate therapy as well as the way it is to be done. Methods: First part of the paper is dedicated to the theoretical basis of the issue of the patient who suffered from fracture of the proximal part of humerus that was resolved by the osteosynthesis. The anatomy and kinesiology of pectoral girdle and upper extremity, general theory of fractures and the solutions to it are all discussed, as well as miscellaneous ways to treat a fracture, most of them being done by an operation. In the end, the ways of rehabilitating with a fracture that are commonly used are stated. The other part is a casuistry of the patient O. N. with diagnosis state after the fracture of the proximal part of the humerus resolved by the ostheosynthesis. This special part is based on working with the patient for more than two weeks in Oblastní nemocnice Kladno (Regional Hospital Kladno) from 20th January 2011 to 3rd February 2011....
Influence of Canistherapy in ICP Children on fine Hand Motor Activity

Souhrn Název práce: Ovlivnění jemné motoriky ruky canisterapií u dětí s DMO. Název práce v angličtině: Influence ofcanistherapy in ICP children on fme hand motor activity. Cíle práce: Cílem této magisterské práce bylo zjistit okamžitý vliv canisterapie na posturálně - lokomoční systém a tím potažmo na jemnou motoriku ruky u dětí s DMO a pokusit se tento vliv ozřejmit pomocí modifikovaného grafomotorického obreslovacího testu formou zaslepené studie. Metoda: Sledování bylo provedeno formou experimentální studie 7 dětí, které se podrobily jednorázové canisterapii ve formě Animal Assisted Therapy či Animal Assisted Activities. Testování bylo provedeno před a ihned po terapii. K vyhodnocení výsledků byla použita modifikace obkreslovacího grafomotorického testu a porovnání kvality jeho provedení před a po terapii formou zaslepené studie, kdy dvě skupiny hodnotitelů u každého probanda určovaly, který ze dvou kresebných testů je proveden kvalitněji . Výsledky: Z hodnocení výsledků změny kvality grafomotorického projevu vyplývá, že pomocí canisterapie je možné pozitivně ovlivnit jemnou motoriku ruky u dětí se spastickým postižením DMO. The work is divided into general and special. General section focuses on the definition of the disease, causes, clinical features, therapeutic approaches to the issue. Special section is the most important part of the thesis. It concentrates on a specific diagnosis. Title: Case Study of Physiotherapy Treatment of a Patient with the Diagnosis of Omarthrosis Posttraumatica Objective: Summary of theoretical knowledge and processing of case study of a patient with the diagnosis of posttraumatic omarthrosis. Summary: This thesis consists of two parts. The general part includes knowledge of anatomy, kinesiology and biomechanics, as well as characteristics of the most common causes of pain in the shoulder joint and diagnostics and therapy, focusing on physiotherapy. Special part is devoted to case study and rehabilitation plan for patients with a diagnosis of posttraumatic omarthrosis. The therapy was aimed at eliminating the reflex changes, relieve pain, strengthen weak muscles and treatment of movement stereotypes. Case study was prepared at the time of practice from 1. 2. to 17. 2. 2012 at the department of rehabilition at the district hospital in Kladno. Evaluation of motor skills level in children of the primary education of selected Prague elementary schools

Title: Evaluation of motor skills level in children of the primary education of selected Prague elementary schools Objectives: The main aim of the study was to evaluate current level of motor skills of primary education children of selected Prague elementary schools using standardized assessment battery MABC-2. A partial goal of the study was to compare the level achieved in the MABC-2 test with the data acquired through the questionnaire survey regarding physical activities of participating responders. (n = 134). Methods: A total number of 134 responders (60 girls and 74 boys) aged from 7 to 12 years from two selected Prague elementary schools participated in the research. The level of motor skills of all participants was examined using a standardized assessment battery MABC- 2. The testing was carried out in the form of field research during physical education lessons at selected schools. A questionnaire designed specifically for the purpose of this study, subsequently completed by legal representatives of the responders, was used for the orientation examination of the physical behaviour of the participants. Title: Case report of physiotherapy care for patient with Guillain-Barre syndrome. Objective: Summary of theoretical knowledge and the processing of case report of patient diagnosed with Guillain-Barré syndrome. Abstract: This thesis consists of two parts. The general part contains a survey of the problems of Guillain-Barre syndrome as a clinical manifestation of a undergone Lyme borreliosis. The largest area is devoted to the pathogenesis, diagnosis and subsequent treatment of disease called Guillain-Barre syndrome. A special section is devoted to case report and determination of the patient's plan of physiotherapy. The main aim of therapy was verticalization of patient into standing position with a view to return to normal life as before the illness. Case report was worked out on the patient's neurological department of the Regional Hospital Kladno a. s. at the time of continuous bachelor practice 9. 1. - 1. 2. 2012.
