Management of the Pankrác Beach Sport Facility in the years 2007 - 2011

Tittle: Management ofthe Pankrác Beach Sport Facility in years 2004- 2008 Goal ofthe Dissertation: To evaluate the economy ofthe Beach Sport Facility Pankrác, to accent the biggest problems ofthis facility and proposals for improving of its prosperity. Method: The S. W. O. T. method was used in this dissertation for evaluation ofthe position ofthe Beach Sport Facility Pankrác among its market competitors, and "Review Method" and "Synthesis Method" for evaluation ofthe economics ofthe Beach Sport Facility Pankrác in the past and for indication of its future progress according to this knowledge The result ofthe analysis shows the progression in the economy ofBSFP in the last four years, describes the position ofBSFP among its competitors and tries to indicate its future progression using all the available information. Results: During this period (2004 - 2007) no reasonable improvement ofthe economical results ofBSFP occurred, especially because ofthe high costs, which were influenced at first by the initial investment (due in 2010 only). Another problem is the had effectiveness during the "non-peak" hours (especially all moming hours). A more effective utilization ofthese hours (e.g. via cooperation with schools and similar partners) would help the progression ofthe facility very much. Key words: Beach Sport...

The main part of the theses deals with the questionnaires that were taken from Prague's inhabitants. The aim of the theses is to describe and analyze the opinions of inhabitants about cycling transportation, traffic network and iťs safeness in Prague! Also, it tries to recognize the weak points of the current system of cycling routes and any complications that might restrain inhabitants from using bicycle in the city. The next part of the paper analyzes the questionnaires while using the tables and graphs to describe opinion poll. The final part concludes the results of the research and defines weak:nesses, problems and tries to suggest feasible solutions.

Spain as a final tourist destination

Title: Spain as a final tourist destination Objective of the thesis: The goal of this thesis is to introduce Spain as a tourist destination for Czech tourists, analyze offers of sight - seeing and recreational tours of Czech tour operators and create an own attractive and competitive proposal. Methods: Descriptive, comparative and SWOT analysis techniques were used in this paper. Results: The results show a great potential of Spain as a tourist destination. The main Spanish tourist regions are Catalonia, Valencia and Andalusia, where also most of the offered tours are destined. The proposal of sight - seeing tour offers the unique combination of sight - seeing and the leisure time at the seaside. The Comparision of Sport Popularity between High School and University

(English) Title: Comparsion ofpopularity ofsport between the secondary school and college students in Czech Republic. Goals: The goal of the dissertation is finding out and analysing the popularity of sport followed by the comparsion among preferences of students. Method: I used in the methods of electronic and persona! questioning. Results: The research revealed, that the popularity of sport in the Czech Republic is on high level and also the expected trends are positive and no decrease is expected in this next decade. Encreasing of number of spectators in Czech football league

In this diploma I target the questions of increasing the attendance of home matches of FC Viktoria Pilsen in Czech football league. The goal of this diploma is to find the reasons of low attendance and find possibilities how to change this tendency. Therefore I target the general questions of sport spectators, primary elements that influence attendance and the history of attendance in Czech football league. I analyse activities of top Czech football club AC Sparta Pmgue and I compare them with activities of FC Viktoria Pilsen. Just activities of Sparta Prague can be the frrst inspiration for club from Pilsen. Then I have targeted the fans of Viktoria Pilsen. A research has been made by questionnaire. The respondents were visitors of two home matches of Viktoria. I have tried to find out their satisfaction with actual situation, reasons of their visits on the matches and their opinion on factors of researched questions. On the basis of results of questionnaires and analysis of activities of both clubs I have made up fmal recommendations how to increase attendance on home matches of FC Viktoria Pilsen. European championship, which can be organized in Prague in 2014, can be configurated and well financed. According to case study and planned budget, which more stili no contains potential sponsor's contributions, European championship can be reach a profit, similar to profit in championship in 2007.
