Numerické řešení proudění kolem vibrujícího leteckého profilu
Honzátko, R. ; Horáček, Jaromír ; Kozel, K.
The work deals with numerical solution of 2D inviscid and viscous incompressible flow over the airfoil NACA 0012 in a channel. The finite volume method with cell-centered schemes at quadrilateral C-mesh is used. Governing equations are the Euler equations in the case of inviscid flow and Navier-Stokes equations in the case of viscous flow. The small disturbance theory applied to a numerical solution of unsteady flow is mentioned and the brief introduction is also given to the ALE method.
Fyziologické údaje získané z aeroelastického modelu kmitání lidských hlasivek
Horáček, Jaromír ; Laukkanen, A. M. ; Šidlof, Petr
The results of the numerical simulations show that the aeroelastic model for vocal fold self-oscillations corresponds well with the existing clinical data and it thus gives the possibility to study independently various phonation related variables that may in living subjects be obscured by the co-existence of many variables. Furthermore, the model of course naturally gives the possibility to study also such variables that are impossible to study in living subjects.
Počítačová simulace lidského hlasu s využitím aeroelastického modelu hlasivek a MKP modelu vokálního traktu člověka
Horáček, Jaromír ; Šidlof, Petr ; Švec, J. G. ; Griffond-Boitier, F.
The developed finite element (FE) model of real male vocal tract that corresponds to the Czech vowel /a/ is used for numerical simulation of phonation. The FE model was designed from the magnetic resonance images (MRI) of the subject during phonation. The acoustic signals for the vowel /a/ are simulated using the transient analysis of the FE model in time domain. For excitation of the acoustic supraglottal spaces the intraglottal pressure generated by the aeroelastic model of vocal folds self-oscillations is used. The frequency and time response functions are calculated in front of the mouth.
Analysis of the relations in the Polish-Czech and Czech-Austrian cross-border cooperation
Holíková, Petra ; Horáček, Jiří (advisor) ; Vitík, Matyáš (referee)
Work will focus on the comparison of the relations within the Czech-Polish and Czech-Austrian borders. Research of the views on individual operational programs is based on a questionnaire survey among representatives of the Euroregion, members of the Euroregions and existing applicants in the operational programs of cross-border cooperation. The work includes a summary of projects submitted in the new programming period 2007 - 2013. In addition to comparing the views of individual actors in cooperative work, it focuses on the general comparison of the Czech-Austrian and Czech-Polish border cooperation. The theme is the history of cooperation between border regions in Western Europe and its enlargement, promotion of the cross-border structures by the European Union, the beginnings of cooperation in the Czech Republic and a brief history of borderlands. Given that the work deals with the comparison in terms of Euroregions, part is also paid to individual euroregions in the Czech Republic.
The operational programs of the cross-border cooperation at the Czech - German border: Czech Republic - Saxony, Czech Republic - Bavaria
Hubáčková, Iva ; Žid, Josef (advisor) ; Horáček, Jiří (referee)
The thesis deals with the operational programs of cross-border cooperation in the Czech -- German border, Czech Republic -- Saxony operational program and Czech Republic -- Bavaria operational program. The theoretical part is generally described the issue of cross-border cooperation and are characterized and compared the Czech -- German operational programs in terms of their grant-making territory, published documents, the implementation structure, including the priority axes and areas of support in the current programming period 2007 -- 2013. The practical part is focused on projects approved by both the operational programs, both at present and in the previous programming 2004-2006. The last part is an analysis of views on practical cross-border cooperation on a sample of applicants for Czech-German operational programs.
Euroregion Praděd - Czech-Poland Cross-border cooperation
Lucuková, Hana ; Horáček, Jiří (advisor) ; Postránecký, Josef (referee)
The main issue of this diploma thesis are causes of subsidy border areas abeam European Union and its effects on the border area. It is supposed this grants bring on increase of socioeconomic level and integration with neighbouring state. Kritical approaches some authors to this premise were motivated me to research the system of subsidy boreder areas and practical verification on the example Euroregion Praděd/Pradziad. The idea of subsidy border areas is sure true, but oneness of every euroregion call for individual approach to aplication of the subsidy. Euroregion Praděd/Pradziad dispose of particular specifics too. This specifics are in this diploma thesis analysed. Often they are feeld like a barrier of development, but in Euroregion Praděd/Pradziad are some people, who feel this specifics like an opportunity of development.
Customer relationship management in outsourcing of IT
Horáček, Jan ; Bruckner, Tomáš (advisor) ; Vaněček, Michal (referee)
Outsourcing of IT is likely to be a perspective model of IT service delivery. However, only a small number of companies have adopted it and according to surveys, their satisfaction is relatively low. On the contrary, customer relation management (CRM) is a marketing approach that still keeps its popularity. Is not therefore CRM a solution also for outsourcing of IT? How should it be applied in the field? This master's thesis is intended for providers of outsourcing of IT and it aims to find answers to the questions above. The first step towards the goal is to identify main characteristic features of outsourcing of IT, which consequently provide a guideline for a systematic approach to the solution. The thesis does not presume reader's familiarity with CRM, hence the second chapter offers a brief yet holistic view of the issue. A synthesis of the information from the first two parts leads to a conclusion that it is not possible to decide about suitability of CRM in outsourcing of IT on a general basis, but always in the particular situation. Therefore the work suggests a set of criteria for the choice. The consecutive chapters deal with the application of CRM. Firstly, an entire system of tools for evaluation of customers is proposed. It enables providers to determine the suitable level of individual approach to each customer with consideration of both business and technical factors. Consequently, a provider can start building a relationship with his customer taking advantage of number of recommendations and tools given by this paper. It includes measures not only for convincing customers but also for increasing their retention. The thesis discusses broad variety of aspects of marketing in outsourcing of IT. Its scope ranges from customer uncertainty mitigation and purchasing process of a corporate customer, over tips on how to manage customer satisfaction, to appropriate adjustments of a service level agreement (SLA). The paper also briefly analyses the specifics of CRM in outsourcing of IT in the public sector.
