Family house with place of business

Subject of this bachelor’s thesis is construction project of family house with hairdresser’s workroom. The house is located in South Moravia region in cadastral area of Soběšice. The house is situated on slight down sloped terrain and has two overground floors and one subterranean storey. The hairdresser’s workshop is situated on the first overground floor with North-East orientation. The main part of the first overground floor is used for family habitation. Garage is situated in basement. The brickwork is made of masonry system POROTHERM, overhead structures from POT girders and ceramic shims MIAKO. The roof construction of family house is hipped roof with truss structures. The hairdresser’s room and living room overheads are made of flat onecoated walkable roof which serves as a terrace.

Multifunctional building

In my diploma thesis i deal with the construction of the mixed-use building in Boskovice, street lipova´ on plot 4363/2, 4415/111, 4415/116, 4415/107, 4370, 4415/109, 4415/110, 4415/1, 4415/94. The total area of the plot is 6460 m2. The mixed-use building has 4 floors and a part basement. Vertical constructions in the basement are designed from the concrete blocks and for the overgound floors porotherm clay grinded bricks p+d. The vertical peripheral structures are provided with an etics thermal insulation system. Horizontal bearing structures are designed as monolithic reinforced concrete slabs. The roof is a warm flat roof. In the mixed-use building are situated 4 offices, 2 shops, 2 small service offices and 8 dwelling units. Storage rooms and garage are designed in the basement. The drawing part of my thesis was processed in a computer program AutoCAD.

Apartment building in Uherský Brod

The subject of the work is a new construction of an apartment building with almost zero energy consumption and the elaboration of documentation for the construction. The building is located in a suburb of Olšava in Uherský Brod. The surrounding development consists mainly of apartment buildings. The proposed building is detached with three above-ground and one underground floor. Part of the design of the building is a parking lot for the needs of residents of an apartment building, located on the building plot. Thermal insulation and acoustic masonry of the Therm type were used for the design of the house. The ceiling structures are made of the Porotherm ceramic system, consisting of POT beams and Miako ceiling inserts. The building is covered with a flat roof with vegetation. The construction is based on foundation strips.

The thesis is focused on the preparation of documentation project of new residential building with twenty flats. The building is located in Valašské Meziříčí. The building has four floors, which are used for housing and one underground technical floor with garage and cellar booths. The building is brick ceramic blocks Porotherm and it is covered with a flat roof. The drawings were processed in a computer program AutoCAD.

Bachelor´s thesis deals with the project documentation of the design of the new Family house with solicitor's office. This house is situated in ezimovo Ústí. Design and appendix´s were made by the present valid laws, goverment´s restrictions and standards. This object is placed in ground plot number 133/19, the land cadastre of Sezimovo Ústí. The building object is designated for family houses area. Next to the building plot carry underground services. In the building object is owner occupancy and solicitor's office for 2-4 employes. Owner´s flat is in first and second floor. Building has three floors and floor plan 16,16 x 11,66 m on final grade. The carrying systém is from hollow building brick. The building has gable roof.

This bachelor`s thesis deals with the drafting of project documentation of apartment building. Residential house is situated on flat land in the cadastral territory of Uherské Hradiště on plot number 1458/1. The building has three floors. There is a total of 5 residential units. Total capacity is 14 people. The support system is designed from the system Porotherm. Wooden roofing trusses. The building has a usable area of 428.67 square meters.

Multifunctional sports hall designed as the local city sporting center. It’s including sport hall, pool hall,squash hall, and the parts including changing rooms, showers, toilets and technical equipment. The roofs are flat, the object has no cellar.

Apartment building in Moravské Budějovice

This thesis covers designing documentary materials for realization of a new- build property of a residential house. The residential house is planned on a flat land. It is a four-floor building with a cellar. The constructional system is brick of construction blocks POROTHERM. The building is based on foundation strips from pure concrete. Vertical supporting constructions are from blocks POROTHERM. Horizontal supporting constructions are from monolitic reinforced ferroconcrete. The roofs are solved as flat single housing cover. In the residential house there are 12 housing units, non-residential premises and a technical hall. The total built-up area is 380,82 m2, The attic height is +9,890. The building has got a barrierfree entrance, but there is no barrier-free flat here. There is a car park next to the residential house. There are a technical hall, gym, clubroom, a washroom, a pram room, a bicycle room, a storeroom and cellar booths for individual housing units. From the first floor up, there are individual housing units. Flats have an access from one central staircase. In this area, there is also planned a lift.

The content of the bachelor's thesis is the project documentation of an apartment building located in the Brno-Černovice district. The house with five residential units is designed on a flat, as yet undeveloped plot of land. The building uses masonry structural system, has three floors above ground and no basement. A residential green roof is designed above part of the building, the rest of the building is covered with a flat roof. First part of the bachelor's thesis is a text part processing the accompanying report, a summary technical report and a technical report of the object and an extensive appendix containing visual documentation, an assessment of the object from the point of view of building physics and fire safety solutions of the object.

Pension Červený potok

The subject of the master´s thesis is the design of a pension building in the village of Červený Potok, in a city of Králíky, in the district of Ústí nad Orlicí in the Pardubice region. It is a partialy basement building with two above-ground floors and one underground floor. The building has restaurant premises and ten accommodation rooms. The building has brick supporting systém. The vertical laodbearing structures are built from lost formwork filled with concrete. The masonry of the above-ground floors is made of ceramic masonry elements. The ceiling structures are monolitic, reinforced concrete. The building is insulated with certified ETICS systém. The roof shell consists of a double-skin pitched roof made of hammered wooden trusses.
