Evaluation of economic efficiency of business project

The aim of this work is to define the investment and it’s efficiency. Especially it’s focused on determination if is the investment worth to do. The work is describing a reconstruction of a house, where the final stage is to split this house into two divided flats. Investment is based to make two rentable flats. The designed reconstruction is shown and all of it’s costs. There are shown operating costs and renting prices too. All of those information are summarized for following calculations. Also, the summary will be calculated according to indexes of economical efficiency. The result of this work is to determine if the investment is really effective.
Analysis of Factors Affecting Real Estate Prices

The objective of the thesis Analysis of factors affecting real estate prices is to analyze selected aspects that somehow affects the price of real estate. The aim is to compare the impact of these factors on the market price of the selected type of property. The first part of the thesis defines theoretical bases and terms that relate to the real estate market. Furthermore, there are described the subjects of the real estate market and factors that influence the market and real estate prices. The most frequently used methods of real estate valuation are also described in the theoretical part. The practical part deals with the analysis of selected factors that affect the market price of the property. The analysis compares the prices of apartments in the three regional cities of the Czech Republic and then examines the differences in the average prices of these apartments and the degree of influence of selected factors causing differences in the prices.
The carbon footprint of the building industry and its theoretical value

Presented theses dealing with the complex influence of human activity on the environment. Particularly provides the calculation of carbon footprint volume consumed during manufacturing of raw materials used for a normal and a low-energy house. The calculation of the energy performance certificate for both variants is also included. To evaluate of economical demanding investment to both mentioned houses including carbon dioxide disposal, the theoretical calculation of the price of carbon footprint equivalent has to be determined. The aim of this study is an investigation of carbon footprint in construction industry focusing on the production of carbon dioxide during the realization of a normal and low-energy house.
Utilization of grant sources for investment in the municipality

The bachelor thesis deals with the investment of municipalities using the subsidies from the European Union. The first part of the thesis is practical and will acquaint us with specific concepts of investment and the use of subsidies from the European Union. On the second part, is assessed the specific of using subsidy resources in the municipality. A public contract and contract financing are described. Finally, an assessment of the influence on the development of the municipality is described.
Economic analysis of building optimization

The Master’s thesis deals with the energy savings of a prefabricated house. In the theoretical part, the issue of investment and risk management are first dealt with. Afterwards, the thesis deals with large panel construction in the Czech Republic, energy performance of buildings, heat losses, and especially methods for invesment appraisal. The main objective of the thesis is the economic analysis and the life-cycle analysis. The case study deals with the calculation of saving on heating the prefabricated house after its refurbishment and calculation of economic indicators.
Ecological influences during the construction of a family house

The diploma thesis focuses on the ecological influences in the construction of a family house. The subject is to compare the properties of alternative building materials, determine the cost of building a house and design the optimal way of financing housing for a fictional married couple. Explains basic concepts, namely ecological aspects in construction, project management of buildings, pricing in construction, housing finance. The following practical part compares building materials in terms of their properties and environmental impacts during production, determines the costs of acquisition and operation of a family house and then finds out whether it is possible to finance the construction of the house through a mortgage loan. At the end of the work evaluates what percentage will increase the cost of building a house in the case of the use of materials, the production of which produces less negative emissions. Finally, the optimal variant of housing financing is recommended.
Utilization of solar technology in a family house and efficiency of this investment

The thesis includes a compilation of legislative conditions, technical possibilities and an outline of potential development in the field of solar technologies. Another part of the thesis is an economic assessment of possible investment in an alternative source of energy and a final recommendation of the investment decision.

This diploma thesis deals with the evaluation of the economic efficiency of a development project. The theoretical part of the thesis explains the basic concepts in the field of development activities, defines the phases of the project life cycle and the feasibility study. It describes the creation of cash flows, indicators of economic efficiency and possible ways of financing development projects. Furthermore, an analysis of the current economic situation and the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on development companies is performed in this section. The practical part is devoted to the development project, especially the creation of cash flows and the resulting evaluation of the economic efficiency of the project. This is the construction of three apartment buildings in Pardubice.

In the theoretical part, the basic concepts related to taxation are described first, followed by the tax system of the Czech Republic, the building itself and phases of its life cycle. The second, practical part deals with the analysis of the tax burden on the particular family house in the process of planning and construction.
Betterment of building by investment into smart building system

This thesis deals with investments issue for smart house systems. The theoretical part describes the definitions of the economic area, the area of intelligent systems and real estate valuation. In the practical part, there is detected the real estate price, accomplished a survey of public opinion and designed particular smart house system. The proposed solution is divided into sections and evaluated from economic and non-economic aspect. In the conclusion there is determined the value of the real estate after the completion of the investment.
