Practical part focuses on analysis of competitive environment in the Czech public procurement market of central public authorities in 2010. It concentrates on quantifying the number of competitors depending on contracting authorities, branches and providers. Resultant values are compared with values in Slovakia. 	Experimentální míchací pumpa pro sonografické kontrastní látky Vondra, Vlastimil ; Orban, M. ; Kališ, Jiří In this paper we describe the design of a homemade experimental syringe mixing pump for ultrasound contrast agents. The pump enables the continual infusion and bolus while mixing the contents of the syringe. The control of the pump is ensured by microcontrollers and is fully programmable by the user. 	Dvoukanálový, komplexní, bioimpedanční signál pro vyhodnocení hemodynamiky Halámek, Josef ; Vondra, Vlastimil ; Jurák, Pavel ; Verner, Petr The complex bioimpedance signals measured in the aortal and pulmonary artery directions simultaneously are discussed with respect to the information about the heart activity. All four signals carry some information about the blood flow, this information is partly equivalent (only SNR improvement and some artefact minimizations may be achieved by processing all signals) and partly non-equivalent (different behaviour according to excitation of the cardiovascular system). The more detailed analysis of time evolution of signal parameters according to the used excitation may contribute to new information about the hemodynamic system. Detailed record

Our solution is based on a direct digital synthesizer and a digital down converter.
