Performance Management System

The purpose of this thesis is the analysis of the performance management system used in the company Grafton Recruitment, s.r.o. with the identification of possible shortcomings, and proposing improvements based on theoretical knowledge. Theoretical part is focused on the information published in the accredited literature on personnel management as well as articles on the current practise of international companies. The practical part is devoted to the analysis of the performance management system in Grafton Recruitment, s.r.o. using the internal documents of the company, interviews with human resources department and the staff survey. On the basis of the findings, measures are proposed to improve the form, content, motivation effect and evaluation criteria.
Recruiting and selection of employees

This bachelor thesis deals with the recruitment and selection of employees in the LUX group. The goal of the thesis is to evaluate and compare this process with theoretical procedures, methods and sources of recruitment and selection of employees. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part contains the theoretical basis for the practical part of the work. The practical part analyzes the process of recruitment and selection of employees in the LUX group, primarily two of the three companies, namely LUX spol., s.r.o. and LUX-Ident, s.r.o. At the end of the practical part, the strengths and weaknesses of the LUX group recruitment and selection process are assessed and recommendations are suggested to improve the process.
Motivational System in the Organization

This bachelor thesis is focused on motivation of employees. The aim of this thesis is to find out employees satisfaction provided by the LIŠKAEXPERT beneficial program. The theoretical part explains the concept of motivation and other concepts closely related to the topic. Theoretical part looks into the detail of the motivational system of the company, theories of motivation that look at the motivation from a different point of view. The practical part is devoted to the satisfaction of employees with benefits. The research is concluded on the basis of the questionnaire suervey, respondents are the LIŠKAEXPERT employees. Based on the results from this research the solutions have been proposed. These solutions should increase the satisfaction of these employees.
Application of university graduates in the labor market

This bachelor thesis addresses the current problem of graduate employment in the labor market. The purpose of this bachelor thesis was to examine how graduates employment prospects are affected in the current labor market, and to propose recommendations that should improve the employability of recent graduates, and reduce unemployment levels among this demographic. This thesis is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is based on available literature, and explains the basic concepts of the subject. The practical part analyzes the results of the questionnaire survey, which was conducted among graduates of various universities. In the conclusion of the bachelor thesis, the results of the questionnaire survey are evaluated, and recommendations are proposed which should contribute to the improved employment prospects for university graduates.

This Bachelor's Thesis is focused on recruitment and selection of employees in very specific environment, which is NHL and its rules and regulations on recruiting and selection of players into the teams. The Thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. Theoretical part is about basic principles and knowledge of these HR activities (recruitment and selection) based on academic literature. The practical part is focused on recruitment and selection of employees-players to NHL teams. This part contains information about processes of headhunting of new employees-players and their selection. The goal of this Thesis is to describe those processes in this specific environment and evaluate them. At the end are added recommendations of possible improvements.

The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the processes of recruitment and selection of employees in the construction company Metrostav a. s. and to suggest possible measures. The thesis is divided into two parts - a theoretical and a practical one. The theoretical part describes the phases, principles and methods of recruiting and selecting employees using the specialized literature. The practical part is focused on the analysis of these two personnel activities in the company Metrostav a. s. It is mainly based on the company's website, provided internal materials and an interview with Mgr. Jana Kořínková, MBA, who is the head of the personnel marketing department in the company Metrostav a. s.
The position of women in the labour market

This bachelor thesis focuses on problematics of the position of women in the labor market within the European Union. The aim of the thesis is to introduce gender issue and clarify the current situation of women in the labor market. The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts: the theoretical and the practical part. Literature based theoretical part explains the main terms and definitions for understanding and performing the research in the practical part. It also outlines the legislative framework for equal opportunities for men and women in the Czech Republic and the European Union. Furthermore, I described the historical development of approach to women, not only in the labor market, but in the society in general. The practical part examines the situation of women in the labor market in the Czech Republic in comparison with other EU countries, identifies the main problems of equal opportunities in the Czech labor market and explores university students' opinions on the whole issue. In conclusion, I proposed suggestions and recommendations that could lead to improvements in this area.
The creation of job descriptions within the selected business corporation

The goal of this Bachelors Thesis was the creation of job descriptions within the selected small growing trading company. For detailed evaluation and analysis, theoretical findings and legislation studies were used. Selected business corporations characteristics, needs and requirements were considered. The main contribution of this Bachelors Thesis is determining the appropriate approach for the creation of job descriptions of individual job positions, which the selected business corporation might use in real-life practice. Defining the job positions will help the business corporation to specify inputs for subsequent human resource management, which will contribute to overall effectivity of such agenda and will increase the likelihood of consequent growth of the company.
Gender leadership as a tool for increasing corporate performance

The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of gender leadership in the labor market. The aim is to find out whether gender leadership affects the performance and satisfaction of employees. The theoretical part is elaborated based on professional literature and includes theoretical starting points concerning gender leadership, gender stereotypes, gender imbalance. Briefly, the described issue of quota roll-outs is a reliable tool to ensure balance in management positions. The empirical part will present two researches that I conduct. The aim of both surveys will be to find out whether there are significant differences in the management of men and women. To achieve the goal will be used both quantitative and qualitative research. The study identified one research question and one sub-question. The main research question will examine the differences between women and men in its management styles and how these differences affect the performance of the entire business. The sub-question investigates which style of leadership is more gratified regarding other members of the team. In conclusion, several concrete recommendations will be made to help increase diversity and improve mutual understanding between women and men.

This Bachelor´s thesis is dealing with analyse of the recruitment and selection process in Czech Airlines, a.s. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part includes background information and clarification of general terminology in areas of personal activities, planning, recruitment and selection of employees. The practical part is focused on introduction of the company, description of the process of recruitment and selection of employees within the company. The aim of this thesis is to identify strengths and weaknesses of the company in areas of personal activities. This part is based on the use of following methods: interview with HR manger, survey and analysis of the internal materials. The contributions of the thesis are suggestions for improvement of recruitment processes and their efficiency.
