A new technology of a machined part

This master’s thesis is focused on CNC machines. It deals with the characteristics, description, coordinates, advantages and disadvantages of the CNC machines and utilization of the CAD/CAM software. The next part of this thesis deals with the suggestion for choosing the best technology for milling slots. Milling strategy, cutting processes and cutting conditions are described in this part as well as all the issues concerning the manufacturing of the milling slots.
Production of cemented carbide tools using technology of multiaxial pressing

This thesis is focused on cutting tools made of cemented carbides. In this thesis are characte-rized the development of cemented carbides, distribution of cemented carbides, materials from which the cemented carbide are produced, the production proces of coated and uncoated cemented carbides. Target of this paper is to explain the production process inserts by using multiaxial pressing in company Pramet Tools Ltd.
Component Machining on a CNC Lathe

The topic of the present bachelor thesis deals with the manufacturing technology of a rotary component on a CNC lathe. The main solution offered is a full technological preparation of production of the component "Sealing lid", including a description of the used machinery, equipment and a selection of machining tools for manufacturing. Further, the thesis deals with the NC program for manufacture of the component and a description of how to produce a functional sample of this component. Finally, a technological and economic evaluation of component manufacture is presented. Other solutions include a theoretical proposal of manufacturing technology on an up-to-date multifunctional machining CNC center.

The main point of the bachelor thesis is analysis of present situation of internal failures on melted cut at Bosch Diesel s.r.o. company. Further it includes suggestions of machining tools. Applications these tools will help achieve reduction of internal failures on melted cut and next it includes test these tools.

This thesis deals with surface treatment materials, focusing on the process of plastic powder coating. The thesis describes several exclusive finishes that are entirely recommended as pre-treatment for powder coating. The thesis also provides information gained through market research, focusing specifically on powder plastics and technical equipment for powder coating. Technical equipment for the existing powder coating plant of the company KOVOT Invest Ltd. is also suggested.
Testing of cutting performance of indxable inserts for machining of railway components

This thesis deals with the wear of indexable insert during machining railway axles in BONATRAS GROUP Inc. Thesis describes the technological process of this company and basic types of wear inserts. It also assesses the development of tool wear when cutting speed is increase by 10% and also to compare the wear inserts from different suppliers for that company. This work mainly deals with development of ridge wear of the cutting tool depending on the pressure of coolant.
Production technology of parts

Work deals with production technology of part shaft type. In the first par of the thesis it’s described problems of machining (history and development of machining, the emergence of splinter, cutting force and the heat generated during machining). The next part focuses on the choice of machines and tools, descriprion of the technological process production of part and proposal of NC program followed by testing at machinery park IMT. The final part focuses on analysis of machine time for each operations.
Manufacturing the prototype of rearview mirror on FDM 3D printer

The goal of my bachelor thesis lies in designing and constructing a car rear-view mirror. Considering the requested function and properties, I have decided to use the Rapid Prototyping technology – the Fused Deposition Modelling method. First part of my thesis consists the FDM method introduction and the list of materials needed. The second part covers the 3D model design and his its production. The conclusion of the thesis shows the economical evaluation of my creation.

Project dissertate about manufacturing of prototype of exhaustion CMC milling machine. It was choose method on FDM 3D printer. Material of printing is PLA. Parameters of printing are layer height 0.25 mm and temperature of extruder 210 °C. Time of printing was 3.25 hours.
