Performance progression and training for heptathlon
Komínková, Linda ; Vindušková, Jitka (advisor) ; Feher, Jan (referee)
Performance progression and training for heptathlon Objectives: This bachelor thesis deals with my personal performance progression and training in basic and special period of heptathlete training. We will evaluate my own training plans from year 2003 to year 2010. Tasks: The aim of this work is to evaluate and to judge my personal performance development. From the analysis of my training plans we want to find out the cause of my early stagnation and decreasing performance in athletic heptathlon. Methods: This work uses methods of analysis and comparison. Results: We found that the highest performance was when I was fifteen. Early performance stagnation in 2008-2009 was caused by unsystematic training and too week training impulses in view of previous years. The next decrease performance in 2009-20010 was due to low training load and loss of weight. Keywords: athletic heptathlon, basic and special period of heptathelete training, performance progression, stagnation and decreasing performance

Title Kinesiological overview of evaluation methods of sprinting and hurdling in track and field. Objectives The objective of this thesis was to analyse the possibilities of kinesiological evaluation as described in the literature, especially with regard to understand sprinting and hurdling in track and field; to familiarize myself with the possibilities of a complete evaluation of sprinting and hurdling, and then to try to raise a kinesiograph of the movements of a hurdler in intentionally selected photosequences. Methods This thesis is focused on the possibilities of kineological evaluation of sprinting and hurdling in track and field. It's based on a review of selected scientific publications about human motion system, general kinesiology, kinesiology of pelvis and lower limbs, descriptions and techniques of sprinting and hurdling and special kinesiology of sprinting and hurdling in track and field. Furthermore, indirect observation and watching videos of top hurdlers in motion were also used for the selection of intentional photosequences to attempt a kinesiological evaluation of hurdling. Results Through relevant scientific publications - 71 published on print and 9 on electronic media - I realised that kinesiological evaluation of sprinting and especially of hurdling is very difficult and...

In OTU section we focused on volume of training days and training units while total loadtime and number of days of training restrictions due to medical disability. InSTU, we focused especially on the development of acceleration and maximum speed (totalvolume in km), the development of speed endurance (km) development of dynamic forces through running with load (km), further bouncing I and II (evaluated in number of repetitions) and strengthening with the load above 20% of the body weight(estimated in t onnes)....
Use of games in Athletic Preparatory
Teplý, Lukáš ; Feher, Jan (advisor) ; Vindušková, Jitka (referee)
Title: Use of games in Athletic Preparatory Objective: To compare theory from scholarly literature with practice of trainers in athletic preparatory training in terms of leading a trainig unit, involving playful activities and arranging them methodically to support development of motoric skills. Methods: In my study, I used a method of direct, unstructured, and straight observance, and a method of content analysis from the literature list presented. Results: On the bases of the observance method it was found that the work of observed trainers corresponds, with some exeptions, to the scholarly literature that deals with the issue. Thus a hypothesis was confirmed that involving and methodical setting of playful activities by athletic trainers coincides with common rules of the training unit's structure. This coincidence was reached in 95%. Keywords: motoric skills, playful elements, sensitive period, versatility, motivation Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)
