Using konduktometric method for conductivity measurement of the corrosive layer of lead alloys
Neoral, Jiří ; Vaněk, Jiří (referee) ; Bača, Petr (advisor)
Lead-acid batteries are the oldest and most common type of secondary cells. Their biggest use is as a power source for a car starter. Bipolar lead-acid batteries could also be used for new applications such as power sources for hybrid electrical vehicles (HEV) for their high power. But there are still many technical problems limiting its use in these applications, which have to be overcome. This could cover parasite reactions as is gas creation, heat removal from the battery and another big problem is substrate corrosion. This diploma thesis concerns the actual state of bipolar lead batteries in the world with detail orientation to substrate corrosion. This thesis describes the conductometric method of lotion conductivity measurement and its modification for measurement of lead grid conductivity. From that we can find out, that when material loses more conductivity, the greater the corrosion. This thesis describes needed preparative experiments for assurance, that the conductometric method can be used for corrosion speed measurement and there are other experiments testing different lead alloys for corrosion speed.
Characterisation solar cell electric properties by CCD camera
Steiner, Patrik ; Jandová, Kristýna (referee) ; Vaněk, Jiří (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is the characterization of electrical properties of solar cell using CCD camera. Diagnostic methods are based on electroluminescence and microplasma emitted from the surface of the solar cell. The results are then compared with the method LBIC (Light Beam Induced Current) and described the various defects in industrial production.
Degradation test of polymer material in the high electric fields
Martynek, Aleš ; Křivík, Petr (referee) ; Vaněk, Jiří (advisor)
This document includes methods of testing and measuring of the protective layers used in solar panels with crystallic solar cells. The main emphasis here is placed on the degradation of these materials due to exposure to strong electric field. Main point of diploma thesis is evovle an experimental workplace for electric aging of dielectric materials and monitor changes of material properties. Final knowledges are then analysed with the climate degradation tests. Tested samples were prepared in cooperation with Solartec s.r.o.
Influence of thermal stress on volume and surface resistance of material
Rohel, Tomáš ; Rozsívalová, Zdenka (referee) ; Vaněk, Jiří (advisor)
This document describes the methods to test and measure the protective glasses used in solar panels. The next part of the dissertation covers the evolve summary for the norms of degradation tests. The purpose of this research is to scale the volume and surface electric resistivity of selected materials, as well as, specify the supposed durability of these materials. Evaluation of these features proceeds after enhanced aging by the use of dry heat. Samples of these materials were prepared with the cooperation of the company Solartec s.r.o
Financial Analysis of Alliance Healthcare s.r.o.
Sýkora, Michal ; Sieber, Patrik (advisor) ; Vaněk, Jiří (referee)
The aim of this academic paper is to analyze financial situation of company Alliance Healthcare s.r.o. with the help of instruments of the financial analysis. This work is divided into two main parts - methodological and practical. In methodological part are basic methods of financial analysis. The practical part contains described approach of results and their interpretation. At the end of this work is brief of several points of financial analysis.
Analysis of the level of the Business Continuity Management process and proposal for corrective measures in a multinational company
Vaněk, Jiří ; Říhová, Zora (advisor) ; Dvořák, Martin (referee)
This work covers the Business Continuity Management process. Trends in information technology are taken into account and the nature of BCM is explained. The aim is to increase the level of the process in the private multinational company. To determine the current state a maturity analysis based on Cobit framework is used. Normative and legal aspects with regard to the company management requirements and cost-effectiveness are considered as well. Also corrective measures are proposed in order to improve identified deficiencies.
