The Master’s thesis deals with the proposal of database system for event management according to the requirements of the client, which is ANeT-Advanced Network Technology, Ltd. The first part of the thesis summarizes the theoretical bases of database systems and object-oriented programming focusing on .NET Framework. In the second part the current situation and the specific needs of the company are analyzed, and based on this analysis a solution proposal is created in the third part.

My bachelor’s thesis is devoted to evaluation of official website of Faculty of business and management, Brno University of technology (http://www.fbm.vutbr.cz). Usability, accessibility and information architecture are evaluated. The modified version of website is suggested, based on findings, which secures a higher user comfort and is consistent with „Best practice – Pravidla pro tvorbu přístupného webu“ accessibility rules, issued by Department of informatics Czech Republic.

The diploma thesis deals with the selection and implementation of an information system designed for the needs of a company that acts as a local provider of Internet connection. The introductory part contains the theoretical background serving as the basis of the analytical part. The current situation is analyzed using several methods. Based on the evaluation of the current offer of selected criteria is chosen the solution that best meets the needs of the company. The conclusion contains an assessment of benefits with subsequent economic evaluation.

This bachelor thesis deals with evaluation of the information system of company Miškech, s.r.o., which provides complex solutions for building construction. The first part is dedicated to the theoretical basiss and clarified fundamental concepts in the information system field. The secod part of this thesis is focused on the analysis of the company´s information system. At the end, potential changes and measures, leading to an improvement of the current state of the IS/IT, are suggested.

The bachelor thesis deals with the proposition in the information system in the form of implementation of a new application for BOSCH Diesel s.r.o., which will help with the storage and management of the necessary data. The main target is to propose and implement a data management application and automate the processes associated with exchanging and upgrading hardware means in the company and controlling the process. Implementation of the application should solve the problems that may currently occur due to the storage of large volumes of data in MS Excel.

The main aim of this bachelor’s thesis is design and implementation of database application for analysis of sports performances. The importance of the solution is demonstrated in the football environment and holds the positive influence of the technique on sport. Thanks to the automated data collection system and their fast delivery to the clients through the portal, brings a new direction to the operation of sports clubs. Data analysis represents progressive management of the path to success in sport.
