The diploma thesis deals with a design hotel located on the square Hanácké náměstí in Kroměříž, in place of the original military barracks. The hotel is designed in garni*** standard with 60 beds for quests and hotel is with limited options of catering service. The building looks like the existing military barracks bordering the square. The building consists of the central part (the entrance hall and the conference room) and the two side parts (hotel and restaurant facilities on the ground floor, hotel rooms on the first and second floor). The building has four floors in the central part and three floors in the side parts, the gable roof with hipped ending. The structural is the masonry wall-system

Pension for Seniors

Project documentation addresses the construction of the building Pension for seniors in Chomýž. The plot is close to the village center. It is a detached new build. The building is used for senior housing in a very quiet area. There is one part of a building apartments 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom apartments. In the second part of the building, which serves not only seniors, but also close to the public, is dining with dispensaries, further a patisserie, general practitioner, pedicure and hairdressing. The building and access roads designed for the disabled. The aim of the project documentation is to increase the comfort of the service in the village Chomýž.

Kindergarten

The subject of my thesis is a project documentation of kindergarten in the land of the municipality Litovel. It is a two - storey detached house which disposal solution meets the conditions of operation of the building – the education of children aged from three to six years. There are classes for children aged three to four years and technical support for the school in the first floor. In the second floor there are two classes, one class for children aged four to five and second class for pre - school children and children with deferred schooling. Each department has a separate entrance, which is located on the north side. The constructive design of the system is designed from the POROTHERM system. The vertical rim of the structure of the first and second floor are bricked up wiith POROTHERM 44 T Profi dimension of 248 x 440 x 249 mm. Inside walls with POROTHERM 30 Profi, a wall between the rooms, and the food servery is of POROTHERM 30 Aku Profi dimension of 247 x 300 x 249 mm and internal masonry POROTHERM 11, 5 Profi dimension 497 x 115 x 249 mm. In the object there are used SDK pre-walls and ceilings Rigips 150 mm thickness. The ceiling is ceramo-concrete POROTHERM system (carrier beams Pot and cartridge Miako) 290 mm thickness. The vertical structure are obtained from internal and external parties plaster. The roof is designed as a green roof. The windows and the front door are designed in plastic with mahogany colour. Floor coverings are designed with regard to the use or operating rooms - the ceramic floor tiles or vinyl flooring. The operation of the school on the 1 st and 2. floor is linked with monolithic staircase. The outer surface layers are equipped with mineral coloured paint. The main objective of my work was to design a correct disposition suitable for given purpose, i. e. the proposal of a suitable system design, carrier system and the drawings, including text parts. There is an 11 residential units. The building is designed of brick construction system ceramic blocks Porotherm. Ceiling structure is made of Porotherm Ceiling. The building is coverd with flat roof.

The object of civic amenities

This final thesis is about the object of civic amenities. This office building have three levels above ground and basement under the whole area of building. The structural system of the object is reinforced concrete frames in both directions. Object is designed as building with two wings and the middle narrowed part for communication. Building has flat roof and shelter for parking cars with one part used as terrace for café. Object is built on slightly sloped ground from south to north.

The diploma thesis deals with the design of a new building of a senior house in the village Sazovice. The new building is situated on flat terrain in the center of the village. The building has three floors and one underground. The purpose is to build a building for seniors' stay. Part of the building consists of technical, operational and storage premises. The remaining space is used for housing. There are two main entrances to the building from the west side, where a car park and an access road is. The roofing is designed with a single-layer flat roof loaded with gravel. Part of the roof construction is designed as a vegetation with a terrace.

The diploma thesis aims to create the project of a new hotel in the town of Zlín, part Kudlov. The building consists of three above-ground and one underground floor. The underground floor houses the hotel's technical facilities, luggage storage and dirty laundry storage. On the first floor there are a restaurant with a bar, a kitchen with storage, staff changing rooms, staff room, entrance, reception and sanitary facilities. On the second floor there are a conference and lounge room, a director's office, six guest rooms and additional sanitary facilities. On the third floor there are twelve guest rooms.

Administrative Building

Subject of this diploma thesis is building documentation of an office building. Designed object is located in the city of Olomouc. Primary purpose of the building will be offices with rentable space, whose layout will be designed as open space offices with option to divide space according to requirements of a tenant. Office spaces will serve for example as headquarters of design offices, IT consulting and services, business companies, technical consulting or managerial services. The building will contain except of office premises also a space for café, retail and underground garage primarily designed for parking of office employees´ cars. Office building is designed as cast-in-place reinforced concrete frame with shear walls, consisting of 4 floors and basement. Object is shaped as two buildings connected with common walking space. Facade will predominantly be designed as glass curtain walling and also as a ventilated facade with cladding from exposed cement-fiber board. Also there is designed a system of steel curtain wall with docked trellis ropes for planting of climbing plants to decrease overheating of the building in summer and to meet the city requirements of as much greening of buildings and their surroundings as possible.

The object of civic amenities

The aim of the diploma thesis was to draw up a proposal for the project documentation for the realization of the construction of the civic amenities building and that of the sports center. The building is located in Prostějov, cadastral area Prostějov. It is a three-storey building with one underground and two above-ground floors. Across the floors there are spaces for various sports uses, technical background of the building, staff backgrounds and a café. The object is based on the base passages, the vertical structures are formed by blocks of lost formwork and ceramic cavity blocks, the ceiling structures are solved by pre-stressed ceiling panels. The roof is designed as a single-layer, flat with extensive vegetation treatment, the roofing of the roof is finished by means of atics. The project is designed with an emphasis on the layout and constructional design of the building with respect to the parties and the land plan. During the processing I tried to use modern building materials and procedures and to process the building as a functioning unit.

Fire station P3 in Hlučín

The subject of the diploma thesis is a new building of the P3 fire station in Hlučín. The facility will be used to perform the fire protection service of the population of the district fire brigade and municipal volunteer fire fighters. The fire station is designed as an isolated structure of rectangular shape, which is divided into three parts, and it is operationally and structurally interconnected. First part is partly underground two-storey administrative. The second part of the building is an exit garage and the third part forms of the technical background of the fire station. The object is designed as classic brick technology from Porotherm ceramic blocks on reinforced concrete base strips. The roof of part of fire and garage facilities is saddle, the roof of the technical background is flat.
