Monitoring circumstances for youth ice hockey in selected hockey clubs in smaller towns

Title: Monitoring circumstances for yourth ice hockey in selected hockey clubs in smaller towns Purpose: Main aim of diploma tesis is to decribe situation in selected ice hockey clubs in Czech republic. Visited clubs were choosen by small numbers of members in youth categories of ice hockey players. Huge effort of the diploma tesis is detect causes unsatisfactory situation in clubs and suggest the best solutions to expansion and development youth membership. Methods: Survey is based on depth and sturctured interviews with the expert guidance of the clubs and the mayors of the cities. Next method used in diploma tesis is utilized content data analysis. Thanks to using these two methods was formed qualitative research, which was summarized and described in 18 case studies. Results: Both methods are qualitatively processed in case studies. There are carefully and accuratelly reasons of decreasing youth membership in ice hockey clubs. There is also decribed way of solution. SECURITY AND SAFETY ON FOOTBALL STADIUMS This thesis deals with the safety of the Czech firstleague stadiums. The theoretical part describes how security was ensured in the history of Czech Football League and also defines main manifestations o hooliganism during matches in this league. It also includes faces of agression of football fan. The main purpose of this thesis is to describe the organization of safety and security in Czech football today. Especially it tries to determine a suitable model according to which one could achieve sufficient security of football matches in the most effective and appropriate manner. Title: Customer satisfaction with the service of the store Sportex.cz Leader: Mgr. Jan Šíma Objectives: The aim of this work is to use the survey to find out the customer satisfaction with the service of the sports store Sportex.cz. Furthermore, based on the results of questionnaires, to propose new solutions and the arrangement for the existing sports shop Sportex.cz. If the customers are satisfied with the purchase, they will visit this store for further purchases in the future again. Methods: Quantitative research using electronic and written questioning Results: Customers are most satisfied with the service and retail facilities. Assortment is considered to be above average. The weakest aspect appears to be the availability and location of the store. Based on the results, as the main pillar of changes, it was recommended extending the range of the new products, introduce light banner in front of the store, extend the opening hours, buy of the receipt printer and rethink the pricing policy. Title: Popularity of floorball among elementary pupils and high school students in Czech Republic. Objectives: The main aim of this thesis is determite popularity of floorball among elementary pupils and high school students. Secondary aims include an overview awareness of public about floorball and transcribe evolution of this sport in Czech republic. Methods: It was use the method of quantitative marketing research. The electronic polling was used for acquaring primary data. The work also includes an analysis of secondary data using linear regression. Results: It was found through research current situation floorball at Czech school children. Data are for better orientation in tables and graphs and then data are commented. Overall we can say that floorball is popular among students and floorball is included into the lessons of physical education. A large number of young athletes involved in school competitions of they are registrad player of floorball. The bigges impact comes from the elementary schoool. Title: Image and awareness of brand Snowbear in Hradec Králové Summary: The main purpose of this thesis is to identify image and brand awareness of Snowbear in Hradec Kralove. Research brand provides services in the field of winter outdoor activities. It also run a shop specialized in sporting equipment, rental, repair plus ski and snowboard school. Methods: Marketing research has been done by written inquiries and information needed to create a brand profile was obtained through a personal interview with the owner of the Snowbear. The concept of a questionnaire created for the analysis of Snowbear brand was inspired by brand identity system according to David Aaker. For this thesis will also be applied standardized method of brand personality by authors Geuense, Weijterse and de Wulf (2009). Results: The research showed that the brand is well known among sport active population in Hradec Králové. Respondents have experienced the brand and think about them, they are good quality, affordable, price matches the quality and are offered in a friendly environment. Title: Customers satisfaction with the services of Energy Studio Objectives: The objective of this diploma thesis is to find out the quality of services provided by Energy Studio via SERVQUAL questionnaire. Then create suggestions and recommendations based on the results of this questionnaire. These suggestions and recommendations should lead to overall improvement of quality of all services offered by Energy Studio. Methods: The research of service quality in yoga center Energy Studio was performed by using standardized SERVQUAL questionnaire which explored the actual perceived quality of services and was comparing it to clients expectations. The data collection took place in the period from February 2015 until the half of March 2015. Results: The results of the customer's satisfaction analysis in Energy Studio Václava Krejčíka show that the customers are very satisfied with services provided by studio. The overall quality of services in that yoga center are evaluated better than was customers expectation. There are small gaps in some services, on which should Energy Studio focused in order to reach the maximal customer satisfaction. Title: AC Sparta Praha fotbal a.s. Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to evaluate public relations of AC Sparta Praha fotbal a.s. This thesis is manly focused on evaluating the work of department of communication a PR. The aim is to analyze and describe all the comunicaton channels of the club. Methods: This thesis uses an electronic questionnaire, which is filled by Sparta supporters. The other method is an interview with a employee of Sparta, who is a member of department of communication and PR. Results: The supporters are satisfied with the work of the department of communication and PR. Sparta uses three basic communication channels, which includes social networks, magazine Sparta do toho! and an official web page. Sparta should improve its video materials and should begin to do more informal interviews with the players. Title: The club development of american football in the Czech Republic In the first part of this thesis American football is introduced, explaining basic game principles and describing the game so that the reader can imagine what the sport is all about. The second part then focuses on examining the emergence of particular American football clubs in the Czech Republic. The whole period is divided into several stages, with a strong focus on finding a common denominator of individual events. The aim is to map American football in the Czech Republic since the establishment of the first club up to the present with emphasis on main themes and key periods. Comparison of interest in sports activities between high school students in Prague and in Karlovy Vary region.

1 Abstract Title: Comparison of interest in sports activities between high school students in Prague and in Karlovy Vary region Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to find and compare the interest in sport between two groups - high school students in Prague and Karlovy Vary region. Furthermore, the aim is also to find out the reason why students do sport or why students have even no interest in sport. Another objective is to find and compare the way how students in both regions spend their leisure time. Lastly, sports conditions were verified in both regions. Methods: Interest in sports activities has been investigated by using a questionnaire survey. The questionnaire was specially created for this research. Results: Research has shown that the level of sport activity is higher by students from Karlovy Vary region than by students from Prague. Although the conditions for sports activities are worse in Karlovy Vary region than in Prague, students do sport more often and doing sport is more popular in comparison with other leisure time activities.
