There are analyzes necessary for establishment of the enterprise in the next part. The practical part embraces the preparation of the business plan.

During composition of this plan there was market analysis performed, followed by SWOT and SLEPT analysis for identification of potencial risks. The last part of this thesis considers feasibility of this project.

The business activity is supposed to be run as only licenced at the start with a perspective to subsequently change into a limited liability company as a legal entity. The thesis has been subdivided into: theoretical part, which clarifies fundamental notions and limits the issue of the practical part, which contains the business plan itself, marketing strategy and the prospects of realisation of this business intention.
