The aim of this bachelor's thesis is the preparation of the implementation of the rough substructure of the operational building in Bystřice nad Pernštejnem. The work deals with technological regulations for foundation structures, including insulation against moisture, for which an itemized budget, inspection and test plan, and time schedule will be drawn up. In addition, this work contains the equipment of the construction site, the coordination situation with wider transport relations, the design of the machine assembly, the principles of construction organization and safety and health protection at work. In addition, details regarding the rough substructure or insulation against moisture and assessment of construction machinery are worked out for the work.

The content of my bachelor's thesis is the solution for the implementation of a prefabricated reinforced concrete skeleton and its cladding. The work includes a technical report, site plan with broader transportation connections, bill of quantities, technological specification focusing on skeleton assembly, construction organization solution, schedule and workforce graph, machinery layout proposal, inspection and testing plan for the prefabricated skeleton assembly phase, safety and health plan for the construction site, budget for the specific phase, details of connections for the prefabricated structure and enclosure, and transport scheme.
Preparation of realization of the monolithic skeleton VilaPark Olomouc

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is the technological stage of the rough construction of the E4 residential building, which is being built as part of the staged construction of VilaPark Tabulový Vrch Olomouc. The building is designed as a reinforced concrete wall system with a total of three above-ground floors. The building has a regular shape, the load-bearing walls are made of monolithic reinforced concrete. The ceilings are slabs, also made of monolithic reinforced concrete. As part of the resolved stage, a technological prescription for monolithic constructions, a time schedule, and an itemized budget are processed. The organization of construction, transport relations, the design of the machine assembly, the control and test plan and safety and health protection at work are also dealt with.
Completion of Essens company building in Brno - Líšeň, Gross Substructure

The content of the bachelor's thesis is the preparation of the realization of the gross substructure of the completion of Essens company building in Brno - Líšeň. The work is focused on the processing of the technical report of the construction site equipment, solving traffic relations and subsequent drawings. Furthermore, the content of the work includes the design of a suitable machine assembly, itemized budget, and time schedule of the stage of the gross substructure. Great emphasis is placed on the elaboration of detailed technological prescription for the implementation of piles and subsequently on the implementation of the white tank system. This chapter is followed by the processing of the inspection-check plan. The last part is an analysis of the issue of safety and health protection at work, definition of occupational risks and proposed measures for their elimination.

Its content is a technical report on the construction technology project, a solution to transport relations for transporting machines to the construction site, a construction technology study, a technical report on construction site equipment, technological regulations for foundation structures, masonry and ceiling construction, a design of a machine assembly, a safety and health protection plan during work, inspection and test plans for foundation structures, masonry and execution of ceiling construction. In the attachment part, you can find the workflow of selected constructions, the rough construction budget, the rough construction schedule and details.
Preparation for the implementation of the multifunctional buildings in Bratislava

This diploma thesis deals with the preparation of the implementation of multifunctional buildings in Bratislava. These are three detached multi-storey apartment buildings connected by a joint basement. The diploma thesis includes a technical report to the construction technological project, a study of the implementation of main technological phases, solving of broader relations of transport routes with the design of supply routes, a time schedule and a financial plan of the object, a detailed time plan for the rough substructure and rough superstructure, a building site equipment project, a machine assembly design and its assessment, a technological regulation for monolithic structures, a control plan and test plan for monolithic structures, a specification of the time period of the removal of the formwork of monolithic structures, an occupational safety and health plan and selected points of the LEED certification. The thesis also includes a plan for securing resources for the rough structure with added schedules of workers, machines and building materials, a cost estimation budget of selected technological processes, a noise study, and a financial analysis of the expected investment profit.
Construction project for implementation of Retirement home Žacléř

The aim of this diploma thesis is to prepare the construction of a Home for the Elderly in Žacléř. The work deals with technical regulations for the dismantling of asbestos roofing, demolition work and monolithic structures. For these regulations, a time plan for the implementation of monolithic structures, a control and test plan for monolithic structures, an itemized budget and a time and financial plan - object-oriented will be prepared. Furthermore, this work contains the coordination situation of the construction with broader transport relations, the design of the assembly machine, the report for the construction site equipment with drawings of the construction site equipment for individual technological regulations and last but not least the health and safety plan and assessment of construction noise. As part of the diploma thesis, several appendices were prepared for this stage, such as crane assessment, details of monolithic stair arms, noise wall scheme, budget for construction site equipment, environmental plan, ceiling and wall formwork scheme and staff balance for selected stages.

This article deals with valuation using BIM. The aim of this article is to appraise the construction using the BIM model in cost approach. The article deals with the description of BIM implementation and the need for BIM in construction. It contains a description of valuation methods, including the valuation of selected structures by individual methods. The individual methods are compared with the cost approach using RTS BIM.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to appraise the construction using the BIM model with cost approach. The work deals with the introduction of BIM, a description of history, implementation and the need for BIM in construction. Furthermore, the work contains a description of valuation methods with a special focus on the cost approach. A 3D model of a family house was created for the purposes of the diploma thesis. The subject property was valued by several cost approach methods - appraisal using technical and economic indicators, item budget, cost approach in BIM. The thesis contains a description of the procedure for valuation using BIM and assessment of prices of all appraise methods.
