Analysis of terestrical associations of lichens in lichen pine forests (biotope L8.1A) in northern Bohemia

The thesis is dealing with biomonitoring of terrestrial lichens occurring in lichen pine forests L8.1A in the Česká Lípa district in northern Bohemia. Altogether, 57 species of terrestrial lichens were recorded based on excerption of historical literature. Field survey managed to find 33 species of terrestrial lichens. We succeed to find six new species for the area of study. Within the categories of endangerment of species have occurred primarily common species (LC), as well as nearly threatened (NT), but also vulnerable species (Cladonia cervicornis, C. ciliata, C. glauca, C. macrophylla, and C. strepsilis). Two species of endangered lichens EN (Cladonia crispata and C. portentosa) were also found. Based on the biodiversity research in 27 plots and comparison of vegetation plots and abundance of species in every plot, diagnostic (Dg) and dominant (Dm) species were found. Using restricted analysis of the RDA the variability of data is the best explained with relation of species to individual sites. Altitude and pH appeared marginally significant. Using unlimited linear PCA analysis and comparative dendrogram was found, in which plots are most abundant species and the plots of similar species composition. The result of the revision of habitat mapping segments L8.1, subunit L8.1A is finding that many segments should be amended quality and maintained or should be allocated to another habitat. Of the 55 segments the only one segment was correctly evaluated. Based on the habitat mapping in terms of coverage E0 was discovered 8 emblematic sites subunit L8.1A.

The main grounds for the new product and appropriate proposal of marketing strategy are the figures acquired on the basis of theoretical findings and application of chosen marketing methods. The outputs of the thesis is the new product and the specific proposal of component parts regarding marketing strategy.

This bachelor thesis on the topic of Brand management of Schauma Brand deals with the effects of the brand Schauma on the Czech market. The Schauma brand ranks among brands of the Schwarzkopf Company. The goal is to evaluate the strategy of brand management of the Schauma brand on the Czech market. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical basis and practical research. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts related with the topic of the work. The practical part introduces the Schauma brand and analyses obtained data. The survey deals with knowledge and attitudes towards this brand and perception of identity or brand image of Schauma. In conclusion there are particular recommendations and proposals to improve the Schauma brand on the Czech market.

Lichenologický průzkum v rašelinných lesích a lišejníkových borech ve vybraných lokalitách Plzeňského a Jihočeského kraje. Pilotní studie, revize biotopů Natura 2000 L 8.1, L 10.2, L 10.3, L 10.4 a R 3.2. 1) V návaznosti na segmenty biotopů L 8.1, L 10.2, L 10.3, R 3.2 s dominantním patrem E0, vymapované v rámci projektu Natura 2000, byla provedena revize vybraného vzorku segmentů podle kritérií stanovených v tabulce prověřovaných segmentů. 2) Podpora návrhu významných stanovišť soustavy NATURA 2000, pSCi, s kódem 91D0 - rašelinný les na základě výzkumu biodiverzity mechorostů, lišejníků a lichenikolních hub v biotopech L 10.3, L 10.4, R 3.2 a L 10.2, podpora fytocenologickými snímky a fotodokumentací. 3) Výzkum biodiverzity mechorostů, lišejníků a lichenikolních hub ve Středoevropských lišejníkových borech - biotop L 8.1A, kód 91T0, vymapovaných na základě výsledků mapování biotopů z let 2001 - 2004, na základě vybraných lokalit vylišení nejkvalitnějších území, podpora fytocenologickými snímky a fotodokumentací.
