Residential building

The subject of the thesis is the processing of project documentation for the construction of a residential building in Olomouc (village Hejčín). It is an object with one underground floor and three above-ground floors. There are 9 residential units in the building. On the first floor there are 3 housing units, one of which is adapted for wheelchair use. There are also 3 dwelling units with the same layout on the second and third floors. The building is designed as a masonry from a construction system of sand-lime blocks. The ceiling structure is made as a ribbed construction consisting of prestressed beams and concrete inserts. The building is covered with a single-layer flat roof. The project documentation also includes a basic assessment of the building in terms of building physics.
City hall with a multifunctional space

The main task of the master project is to design a nearly zero energy local council building with multipurpose hall in Syrovice cadastral area. It is a three-storey building with basement. In the basement there are technical facilities and garage. Ground floor includes conference room, multipurpose hall, kitchen, cloak room and toilets. First floor includes offices, archive, staff kitchen and toilets. The building’s vertical load-bearing structures are a combination of ceramic block masonry and reinforced concrete columns. Envelope walls are insulated with mineral wool and XPS. The floor slabs and the staircase are designed from cast-in-place reinforced concrete. The building has flat extensive green roofs with photovoltaics installation. The building is equipped with HVAC system with mechanical ventilation with heat-recovery, floor heating and cooling supplied by a ground-water heat pump. The building is also equipped with rainwater accumulation system supplying rainwater for the toilets and watering.

The content of this bachelor´s thesis is a proposal of a new building of an residential building in Slavkov u Brna. The apartment building has one underground and three above-ground floors. There are 9 residential units in the building, one of which is designed as barrier-free. There is an underground garage for 9 vehicles in the basement, one of which is for people with limited mobility. The apartment building is based on a reinforced concrete foundation slab 600 mm thick. The vertical load-bearing structures are made of sand-lime blocks. The horizontal supporting structures are monolithic reinforced concrete. The building is covered with a warm flat roof. The work contains the project documentation for the construction, which was made according to the valid legal and technical regulations.
The family house

The Bachelor´s thesis elaborates a technical documentation of a detached family house with relaxing facilities. Object is located in the village Svratouch, district of Chrudim. Built-up area is 136.7 square meters. The house has two floors. It is based on the base passages from plain concrete stored in a non-frosty depth, walled building system Porotherm and lost formwork Dek. The roof above the second floor is a saddle roof with dormer-windows. The truss construction is a purlin system. Ceiling structure is made of ceramic inserts Miako and ceramic concrete beams Porotherm. The Bachelor´s thesis includes a sketch, a block plan, a building documentation, fire safety measures, a building physics, seminar work and calculations.

Bachelor's thesis solved design of Residential building in Pikárec.The building has three floors and none basement. House’s situated in gentle slope. The entery is located from local road. Design of building includes parking places for residents. There are seven flats in the building. One flat is maisonette. Every flat has own balcony and in the highest floor is tercce.The roofing is solved by roof girder and roof truss member. The mansonry system of HELUZ company is apllied in this project. Floor structure is designet as prefabricated rib-and-filler floor HELUZ MIAKO.
Veterinary

The subject of the diploma thesis is the design of a free-standing veterinary clinic building in Nová Paka, in the form of project documentation for the construction. The building of the veterinary clinic consists of 3 rectangles forming a Z-shape, where the entrance to the building of the veterinary clinic, its operational and administrative part is located in the eastern part. In the western rectangle there is a separate and operationally separate entrance to the apartment unit, which is located on the second floor. The entrance to the veterinary clinic building and the housing unit is barrier-free. The building will be located in a slightly sloping terrain (3.49%). The main facade of the building with the entrance to the building is oriented to the southwest. The separate entrance to the apartment unit is from the northeast side. The perimeter masonry consists of the Porotherm system with the ETICS contact thermal insulation system in a thickness of 300 mm and 200 mm ETICS masonry. The internal load-bearing masonry also consists of a Porotoherm masonry system in a thickness of 250 mm. Internal non-load-bearing masonry consisting of the Porotherm system in thicknesses of 115 and 140 mm. The ceiling structure consists of a reinforced concrete slab th. 200 mm. Above the veterinary clinic, the roof area forming the terrace of the housing unit is considered, divided into two parts 1) with a vegetation layer and 2) with a tread layer of concrete paving on the targets. The main waterproofing layer of the flat roof consists of strips of SBS modified asphalt. Above the 2nd floor, a sloping hip roof made of glued wooden trusses is considered, and a sheet metal roofing is considered as the roof covering of the truss roof. The windows are designed with insulating triple glazing. The attic on the flat roof is equipped with an aluminum railing with a vertical bar infill. The building is heated by a gas condensing boiler, the building is also designed forced ventilation

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the design of a new building of a detached apartment building in Velká Bíteš. It is presented as a form part of the project documentation for a building construction. It is a four-storey basement building with one underground and three above-ground floors. The building is based on foundation strips, covered with a single-walled flat roof. There are 9 flats 3 rooms with kitchen with balconies and 1 room with kitchen without balconies. In the basement there is a utility room and a cellar for each housing unit. The construction system is wall, transverse, brick made of burnt brick blocks. Ceiling structures are partly monolithic reinforced concrete and partly composed of beams and brick inserts with over-concrete. The whole building is insulated by contact thermal insulation.
Evaluation of satisfaction with maternal and child care in a perinatology centre - cultural differences

The bachelor thesis focuses on the evaluation of the quality of care provided in a perinatology centre from the perspective of women after childbirth. The aim of this study is to find out how satisfaction with the care provided varies according to the culture of the woman. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part deals with the concept of perinatology centres, the quality and evaluation of the care provided, followed by the satisfaction of expectant mothers. Finally, the theoretical part includes a chapter on multicultural care, cultural minorities and multicultural communication. In my practical part I have processed the results of standardized questionnaires of the perinatology centre of the Gynaecology and Obstetrics Clinic of the 1st Faculty of Medicine of the Charles University in Prague. The survey highlights the main indicators of satisfaction with the care provided and cross-cultural differences in the perception of the quality of care. Women of other nationalities were also included in the survey and were given questionnaires in their native language to highlight cross-cultural differences in satisfaction with the care provided. Apartment building

This bachelor's thesis designs a new building an apartment building in town Jihlava. Building plot is located in calm part called Horní Kosov at western part of town. Designed objekt is free standing a includes one partial basemant and four upper floors. In upper floors are located 14 housing units and in the underground part are located cellar cubicles, boiler room, air conditioning engine room and cleaning room. In ground floor i salso room for bike shed/carriage house. Building has irregular floor plan and in the highest ground are located terraces. Object lays on foundataions of reinforced concrete. Vertical peripheral support system of underground floor is made from monolithic reinforced concrete and inside vertical support system is from concrete blocks. In floors above ground is vertical peripheral support system made from thermal insulation aerated concrete blocks and inside vertical support system is from lime sand blocks. Horizontal bearing constructions are made from monolithic reinforced concrete. At some places are also dies from reinforced concrete. Roof constructions of building object are flat single skin roof with inverse composition.
