New trends in European Football - analysis of elaborate attack

Title: New trends in European Football - analysis of elaborate attack Objectives: The main objektive of this thesis is to explore current trends in modern football. Based on the monitoring of leading European players and football teams, in our case its Switzerlandand and Spain, we would like to analyze offensive system of elaborate attack in chosen matches. Based on the data to evaluate the success of elaborate attack, as it stands in comparison with other offensive systems, as it is used in the individual matches, which puts demands on team and individual players requirements. Then, on the base of following models, evaluate individual situations that lead to a successful overcome of defensive players, and use those data to draw conclusions in the training process for training practice. Methods: This work uses the method of indirect observation in particular matches, that I had available, thanks to the video. The elaborate attack will be monitored in several categories and will be carefully analyzed in qualitative and quantitative terms. Based on these analyzes are developed exercises that can be used in the training process. Physical activity of women with regular participation in sport activities.

The issue: The issue of lack of physical activity refers to as the population of children and youth, as well as the adult population. Properly chosen and regularly performed sports games in terms of health may make recommendations of physical activity sufficient. This thesis deals with the physical activity of the adult population of women with regular physical activity. Objectives: The aim is to determine the amount of physical activity in the adult population of women with regular organized physical activity, and the results of comparison with older school-age girls without regular organized physical activity. At the same time to relate the observed results to health physical activity recommendations. Tasks and Methodology: Physical activity is detected using accelerometers ActiGraph GT3X supplemented the written record and physical activity. Results: The result of the study confirmed our hypothesis. The women with regular organised physical activity reported significantly higher energy expenditure peer week, work days and weekend days in comparison with without organised physical activity. Women with regular organised physical activity met the health physical activity recommendations in six days from all seven days of measuring. Title: Activity content of football goalkeeper Objectives: The aim is to create a comprehensive overview of the activity content of soccer goalkeepers in a defensive phase with and without a ball as well as an attack phase with and without a ball. Sub-objectives: To find deficiencies in the proposed content of activity of football goalkeeper via interview and to specify the content of the activity pursuant to this research. Methods: The creation of the list of the goalies' activity content is based on theoretical sources as well as on own experience and is then verified by the qualitative research. Results: The hypothesis was confirmed as no significant deficiencies were found in the proposed list. The objectives has been achieved. Aim of work: The intend of this work is to examine the professional literature that deals with sports regeneration. Moreover, it shall summerise and characterise shortly all accessible methods and devices in regeneration,. Another aim is to describe football considering his physical load and its impact on footbal players. With all the gathered informartion the work intents to find the appropriate appliance for football players. Methods: Analyse professional literature and other sources (lectures, internet, magazines, bachelor and dissertation works) which are concerning the chosen topic. Choosing the most suitable methods and procedures in regeneration for football players based on a thorough analyses and comparison of all the mentioned sources. Result: The work is basically focusing on regeneration in sports, on an general overview of all methods and procedures, which can be applied on sportsmen. A theoretical part comprises knowledge dealing with motion activity, its organized form and relation to adolescents' health development. The amount of motion activity was charted with the help of acceleration metres and written recording. In the closing part of the work there are verified hypotheses with the results of completing or not completing the health recommendation. Title: Evaluate of individual and groups abilities in a football game. Objectives: Determine the level of playing skills of players of the Czech and Spanish teams in terms of older products based on video games and of course the video draw results. Methods: For this work I used the observational method is based on observation, namely the method of indirect observation. From the observation results and draw converts them via text and graphs in your Bachelor thesis. Results: In the assessment of individual gaming activities in terms of games I have concluded that between Czech and foreign team are significant differences not only in gaming activities in the adult soccer, but they are apparent already in the youth categories. Perhaps the biggest differences between the earlier of SK Slavia Praha and Espanyol Barcelona in passes I noticed, in personal combat, while the overall movement in the field. Problem definition: In football match the offensive central midfielder (creatice player too) is one of the most important figures. Maybe the most important player, if the team is attacking. This position demant during the mach a big requirements on condition readiness and technical and tactical abilllities, overall demands on player these type are therefore high. Aim of the study: The aim of the study is analysis offensive central midfielder in attacking phase of the game. Methods of solution: For collecting needful informations we used video of matches with focus on the offensive central midfielder. Also we used the opportunity to talk with the coaches of the players. Analysis game performance in attack

Title: Analysis game performance in attack Objectives: The aim of this following diploma thesis is to analyse all shooting attempts of the game (without standard situations) the finalists in all their matches in the European Championship 2012 in Poland and Ukraine. While watching a statistically expressed by means of tables and graphs other activities preceding the very end, as the way of the attack, the number of players involved, the success rate of shooting, etc. Then the two teams to compare them and find in their game analogous situations leading to termination, their graphical capture and create applications in the training process. Methods: In this following work was use the method of indirect observation of teams matches Spain and Italy at Euro 2012, the videos are available on the website of Czech Television. During observations, we recorded various quantitative indicators into the prepared forms and simplified them graphically. Followed by a quantitative analysis of recorded data (quantitative research, see below), the creation of tables and graphs and then qualitative research and the graphical representation of analogous situations ending offensive firepower, describing the critical points. Bachelor thesis title : Regeneration in soccer Goal : Comparison of usage regenerative methods and means in training process with chosen teams from both professional and amateur soccer. Method: Questionare survey, qualitative research Results: Of the eleven kinds of regeneration professional club allows just nine kinds of regeneration. On the other hand the monitored team, that plays the lowest competition of four respondents teams, allows seven kinds of regeneration. 54% of players call regeneration as a rest and 7% of the players did not respond to the question.
