This bachelor thesis is focused on evaluation of financial position of a company. The thesis is divided into three essential parts. In the first theoretical part financial analysis is described with all its implements and methods. The second practical part contains general information about the company Alpine Pro, a. s. and all the applied calculations. All financial indicators from the first part are used to get an overview about the financial situation in the company. And finally in the last part of the thesis as a result of all calculations I focus on my own suggestions and improvements in the company. Such as efficient claims recovery, stock management or expansion of marketing communication.

This bachelor thesis is focused on the evaluation of the financial situation in the KPS Metal a. s. company during the period of years 2009 to 2013 by using methods of financial analysis and it is divided into three main parts, which are theoretical, analytical and practical. The thesis at first determines the theoretical bases and further in reveals problematic areas of company by using selected absolute, differential and rate indicators as well as predictive models. Subsequently based on this anylysis defines ideas to improve current financial situation.

This bachelor thesis focuses on evaluation of business activities of Morava-Ekol s.r.o. between the years 2008-2012 by using selected indicators and methods of financial analysis. First part of the thesis brings on theoretical basis for the analytical part, in which will this basis be applied on data obtained from the financial statements. The thesis also involves proposals of improvement that should help better running of the company in following years.

The plan suggests a solution that will increase its business revenues and improve its financial position through innovation and marketing plan.

The bachelor’s thesis focuses on issues of monitoring and controlling of costs in a manufacturing corporation. Furthermore, it deals with calculations of products and compares theoretical knowledge with reality. After a valuation of current situation and a description of the problem, corresponding analysis are made, based on which proposals are suggested in order to find a way how to realize them.

Thetheoretical part contains the basic concepts of production. In the analytical part, there is described a current situation in production area softhe company on the basis of theoretical knowledge. In the final part, the solutions are designed to help improve the business.
