Adolescent attachment behaviour and application for primary prevention

The thesis is attachment and risk behaviour in adolescents, when these topics are linked and the practical (research) part processed within the research sample. The main idea of the research is the assumption that disturbed attachment in adolescence and period of personality formation as well as terrible twos can cause risky behaviour. Objectives of the research work The aim of this thesis is to select a (representative) sample map and describe attachment and risk behaviour in adolescents. Sample file The research group in this thesis consists of adolescents aged 12 to 16 (17) years. Over all, the surfy was attended by 334 respondents and for the purpose of the thesis, a total of 319 answered questionnaires. Respondents were approached in four primary schools and one secondary school within the city of Prague. Data processing methods The thesis was elected quantitative research. It was a survey, within pre-selected primary schools and one secondary school. The research was performed by two questionnaires - IPPA (Inventory of Parent and Peer Attachment; Greenberg, Armsden, 1987), which deals with attachment and SURPS questionnaire (Substance Use Risk Profile Scale), which deals with risk behaviour. The usage of addictive substances among first year students in secondary schools in Zdar nad Sazavou

Starting points of work Bachelor thesis deals with the issue of substance abuse among first-year students of secondary schools in Zdar nad Sazavou. It focuses on students' experiences related to the use of legal and ilegal drugs. The formulation of objective, research questions The aim of the research was to explore the experience of legal and ilegal drugs among students of all secondary schools in Zdar nad Sazavou, to get reliable information that can support strategic planning of the city, to place an overview of the prevalence, frequency and types of drugs used to map out from whom and at what age students met with drug abuse. Description of the methods used The quantitative data collection method using a questionnaire was used for students of all secondary schools, one class from each school was chosen by lotery. A non-standard questionnaire containing 27 questions was used, which was divided into several categories (usage of tobacco, alcohol, marijuana, other ilegal drugs and information about the social context were used). The questions in the questionnaire were inspired by ESPAD questionnaire. The main results Smoking tobacco were introduced to 64 % of respondents. Characteristics of addictive behavior on the Internet of visitors and users of self-help application of Internet counseling service of Addictologal Clinic at Fist Faculty of Medicine

The development of computer technology intervened to socio-psychological and psychiatric fields and gave rise to several types of online counseling and therapy. As the latest trends in online counseling and therapy self created applications in the textile even non textile addiction. In the Czech Republic was the first self-help application in the treatment of no cloth addiction, clinic was founded in Addictology, the first Medical Faculty of Charles University within the Internet counseling. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the data after the first year of self-help application and to describe the demographic characteristics of users, to map incoming user self- motivated applications and types of objects the internet addiction. In the research issues the thesis deals with the analysis of demographic data, determines whether they are represented in all potential target groups, the degree of dependence on the Internet within the file, depending on what kind of Internet application in the present, and finally discovers self-help application users' motives for its use. Smoking among clients seeking treatment for depression or neurotic disorders.

In my work I deal with smoking among clients seeking treatment for depression or neurotic disorders. The aim of my work is to examine the relationship between depression, anxiety and addiction to nicotine.The research was conducted through a questionnaire survey among clients of day care centres and psychiatric department. Overall, participated in the research was 32 respondents, including 20 women and 12 men. The average age of respondents was 39 years. 22 respondents completing the questionnaire identified yourself as regular smokers, 2 as occasional, 3 as ex-smokers and 5 respondents as nonsmokers. The research was conducted from December 2012 to April 2013. I found that respondents smoke as well, if they feel mentally well. If they are mentally ill, smoke more. During hospitalization or visits to day care centres smoke as much or more. Depressed and anxious thoughts of the respondents almost always leads to a light taste. The relationship between smoking and depression I was able to prove only in the group of smokers.

Use of tobacco among pregnant women in Prague

Bachelor's thesis Use of tobacco among pregnant women in Prague summarizes the most important knowledge about use of tobacco in the theoretical part. It follows up general informatik about smoking, history of smoking, composition of tobacco, method of application and passive smoking. Another part of theoretical work defines addiction to tobacco and describes the division of addiction. Then the work focuses on influence of tobacco on fiale organism, on the risks associated with tobacco abuse during pregnancy, the influence on the fetal development and postnatal development of the child. The final part of theoretical work describes quitting smoking and its methods and also smoking during lactation. The practical part of the bachelor's thesis identifes experience and knowledge of pregnant women and women after giving birth about consequences of tobacco use during pregnancy. It maps what attitude the women have to this issues. The surfy was carried by the questionnaire by 112 pregnant women hospitalized at the risk pregnancies department for of two Prague faculty hospitals and by 117 women after giving birth hospitalized at the lying-in (postpartum) department of two Prague hospitals. Pilot questioning of patological addiction on food - investigation accomplished in selected Prague fast food restaurants and sweetshops

This thesis deals with the phenomenon of food addiction. The research was held among the customers of Prague sweetshops, fast foods and supermarkets. The aim of this work is to find the prevalence of this phenomenon if Prague population, which visits these organizations. The second aim of this work is to deal with prevalence of food dependence in relation with social - demographic readings, such as gender, age, the highest education and a level of month salary. It pays attention to the high incidence of different criterion of food addiction. Finally it deals with problematic foodstuff. This thesis is divided into two parts. The first theoretical part deals with the problems of food dependence. According to the bibliographic search this work reports on diagnostic methods for this illness and on most frequent problematic foodstuff, like additives in food. For better understanding of this problem I include to my work differences between eating disorders, obesity and food addiction. In this theoretic part, there is also article which deals with results of researches on rodents and human beings. This article confirms that this illness exists. Relapse and relapse prevention in a client with alcohol dependence - case study

Relapse is a phenomenon frequently co-occurring in substance abuse and dependence. Relapse prevention is a cornerstone of therapeutical work with the clients. This thesis are built upon a qualitative research conducted on a case study of a client with alcohol dependence. The aim of this work is to study relapse related matters and relapse prevention problems in the given case. Semi-structured interview was used as the method of this research together with reviewing medical documentation, the life curve and direct observation of the client. The objectives are: to search the circumstances precluding the relapses, the development of these phenomena, and to identify what lead the client to deal with situations of failure. The work is also focused on the perception of the situations by the client and his way back to abstinence. The chronological development of the disease and the current condition of the client are described in respective parts of the thesis.
