Design of a small lathe for wood
Ržonca, Michal ; Tůma, Jiří (referee) ; Pavlík, Jan (advisor)
The main aim of this bachelor thesis is to create design of small woodturning lathe. First part is describing the actual state of modern woodturning lathe and the past. Second part is analysis of pruducts on market. The more possible solutions are created and one of them is chosen. The result is 3D model of lathe with draving and computational documentation.
Design of gantry CNC milling machine
Ludva, Jan ; Holub, Michal (referee) ; Pavlík, Jan (advisor)
This master’s thesis deals with a design of a portal CNC milling machine. The thesis contains a description of milling machine’s single types, analysis of Czech and foreign market and analysis of basic milling machine’s groups. The work includes calculating of cutting forces and moments of a chosen tool, choice of spindle and design of axe’s drive systems. The thesis also includes 3D model of the chosen variant, it’s by a method of final elements and finally drawing documentation.
The design of plate horizontal boring mill
Vondrák, Pavel ; Holub, Michal (referee) ; Pavlík, Jan (advisor)
This master's thesis describes a design of horizontal boring mills. The first part is dedicated to description of the various types of these machines and their accessories. There are also described drives and linear guideways. There is a list of plate horizontal boring mills of Czech and foreign producers. The second part of this thesis deals with designing of comlete machine's bed and its slides (X-axis). Casting of the bed and its slides are designed for universal machining to the use of rolling or hydrostatic guideways. The drive of X-axis is also designed and it works in master/slave mode. The final result of this master's thesis is a 3D model of the machine in two variants, with hydrostatic and rolling quideways. Machining drawings of the bed for both variants are attached to this thesis.
3D FDM printer with built-in feeder of filament
Puchta, Daniel ; Huzlík, Rostislav (referee) ; Pavlík, Jan (advisor)
This thesis deals with mechanical design of FDM 3D printer with a built-in material feeder with monitoring of remaining material. The aim of this thesis is designing the FDM 3D printer with minimum print volume of 200x200x200 mm and with usage of measured data for optimising the 3D printing process. This 3D printer is targeted to the non-experienced users, so the emphasis was on ease of use and reliability of the printer. Despite the fact that it is an innovative design solution, the suitability of the design was verified experimentally as part of this thesis. The choice of the material feeder design, which is essential for the presented thesis, was justified by the realization of prototypes of two suitable designs, from which the optimal solution was chosen. The knowledge obtained from testing the prototypes was then used for the final design of 3D printer. The usage of data for optimization of the printing process is realized by a C++ compatible source code that is a part of this thesis.
The design of sand mixer with output range 5-12 TPH
Bobkovič, Štefan ; Pavlík, Jan (referee) ; Bradáč, František (advisor)
The aim of this diploma thesis is the structural design of continous mixer with output range 5-12 tons per hour. The work contains a brief description of mixing technology and basic parameters of similar machines. The work is devoted to the design of double-arm sand mixer with a belt conveyor. An important part of this diploma thesis is a 3D model of fundamental parts of sand mixer, as well as its composition. Based on the 3D model is elaborated strenght analysis of selected parts with finite element method. The work is accompanied by manufacturing drawings of selected components and assembly drawing of deposit of mixing blades to the shaft.
Design of small table saws
Krajča, Martin ; Tůma, Jiří (referee) ; Pavlík, Jan (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor thesis is the design of a small table saw. The first part of this thesis deals with the problematics of the table saws. We can find here described parts of the saw blade, its health & safety and situation on the market. The conclusion of this chapter is de-voted to selections of the design solution. The second chapter is devoted to the computatio-nal documentation. At the end of the thesis there is a visualization of the final solution with description of the individual construction nodes.
Suggestion of case feeder for orientation intermediate product
Sikora, Tomáš ; Pavlík, Jan (referee) ; Synek, Miloš (advisor)
Task of this bachelory work is to make three suggestions of orientation intermediate product - cartrige box. Choose one of this suggestion and make calculations and draw drawings documentation
Evaluation of Control Measuring Machine (CMM) and Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs).
Dolák, David ; Pavlík, Jan (referee) ; Opl, Miroslav (advisor)
This is a bachelor´s thesis concerning the retrieval of coordinate measuring maschines used in many different industries, in the science, but in medicine also. The main structure of the work consist of familiarization with these machines, thein history and construction. Conclusion of the work is devoted to areas where these machines can be found and current trends to be concerned with this problems.
Design of vibratory feeder
Bezdíček, Petr ; Holub, Michal (referee) ; Pavlík, Jan (advisor)
The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to design and structurally process a solution of a vibratory feeder which task is to transport and sort the components. The component is a plastic funnel. The principle of vibratory feeders and conveyors and their current status of knowledge is decribed at the beginning. In the next part, some possible solutions to the problem are proposed, from which one is selected that satisfies the criteria the most . The whole design is constructed as a 3D model. There is also an analysis of possible risks and pricing of the design. Finally, the functionality of the designed machine is checked in the Rocky DEM program.
Design of lathe for wood
Kuchař, Tomáš ; Tůma, Jiří (referee) ; Pavlík, Jan (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with the construction of a wood lathe. In the thesis market research is carried out, on the basis of which the parameters of the lathe are proposed. Furthermore, it contains a theoretical description of wood machining, selection of the most suitable design for each structural node based on multi-criteria weighted selection, followed by the necessary calculations for the design of the wood lathe and at the end of the thesis the whole design is described in detail. Drawings of selected structural nodes are included in this work.
