The aim of bachelor thesis is the use of 3D printing technology to make a functional rubber pistol sample. Thesis is focused on knowledge of 3D modeling software, solution of construction assemblies, operation with 3D printers, knowledge of software products to generate data to 3D printers, final edits of made components and assembling of final unit.

The subject of the thesis is comparison of the pension system in the Czech Republic and Slovak and their complex evaluation. Due to steadily degradating demographic distribution, a change in the pension system is necessary as a current state of affairs is unsustainable for the future. The first pension pillar, paid by the state, will not be able to finance a degnified pension for an increasing of retired people. In my thesis, I will compare which of the above countries is better prepared for change. Pension reduction are expected to be up to ten per-cent, so it is important to inform and prevent, for example, meaningful retirement savings.

Evaluation of the Financial Situation of a Company and Proposals for Improvements

The bachelor's thesis deals with the evaluation of the financial situation of the company Ono stavebniny s.r.o. The first part defines the theoretical basis needed for the next second part. It presents the monitored company and the practical application of selected indicators and methods for the accounting period 2014 to 2018. The last part summarizes the most fundamental problems and then suggests changes that could improve the company's overall financial situation in the coming years.

Parameters of lubricating films and rubbing surfaces in contacts operated in superlubricity regime

The work investigates the reduction of friction between non-conformal macro contacts with partial slip. The measurement of the coefficient of friction, with the magnitude of the superlubricity, is extended by the influence of relative slip, direct observation of the contact area and the measurement of the thickness of the lubricating film. It also includes a comparison of changes in topography by friction. The experiments were mainly performed on a ball-on-disk tribometer with measuring the film thickness by colorimetic interferometry. The surface roughness changes were investigated using an optical profilometer. The effect of mean velocity, slide-to-roll radio and topography were observed for selected combinations, one of which did not allow the measurement of film thickness and one did not achieve the expected reduction in friction. For the other combinations, it was possible to observe a reduction of the coefficient of friction to 0,003 or less. The influences affecting the friction between selected materials have been investigated considerably. Thus, a foundation is laid for the research of superlubricity between contacts with partial rolling. The thesis could contribute to the reduction of friction losses, earlier(quicker/faster?) and more common use of some lubricants and materials in mechanical engineering.

The bachelor thesis is focused on the evaluation of the financial situation of the TISK CENTRUM s.r.o. company between the years 2015 and 2019 and proposals for its improvement. The work is divided into three parts. The first part deals with theory, defines concepts and indicators of financial analysis. The second part focuses on practical employment of the indicators listed in the first part. It also uses the results to compare the company, that is being evaluated, with their competition. The third part of the work presents proposals for improving the financial situation of the company.

This bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of the financial situation of the company, its subsequent analysis and suggestions for improvement. This thesis is divided into two main parts – theoretical and analytical. The first theoretical part describe the basic concepts of financial analysis, its indivators and methods, which will be used in the analytical part. The practical part analyze deals with the financial situation of the company LD seating s. r. o. and ideas to improve current financial situation in the market.
