Apartment house U Jasanu

The bachelor’s thesis deals with the design of a new apartment building, located in Velké Meziříčí. The apartment building is designed as a detached house, set in a slanted terrain. The building has a basement with three floors. The entrance to the building is possible from the southern side. There is a total of 10 residential units in the apartment, spread from the 1st to the 3rd floor. In terms of size, the flats are a single room with a kitchenette (1+KK), two rooms with a kitchenette (2+KK) and three rooms with a kitchenette (3+KK). The building is in the shape of the letter T, with overhanging jetties located on the north-east and north-west side. On the south side, the residential units have balcony structures. The overall floor plan‘s dimensions of the apartment building are 24.12 x 11.92 metres. The apartment building is designed in Porotherm technology with contact insulation. The horizontal structures are designed as a reinforced-concrete-monolithic-ceiling structure. The roof of the apartment building is realised by using a non-walking vegetation flat roof. The color of the facade is white with shades of light grey in the overhanging structures and in the stairwell.
A family house with an establishment

This bachelor thesis is focused on design of family house with an establishment serving as financial consultancy. The object is located in cadastral area of Strání and has a partial basement with two above-ground floors. The house is established for four member family. External walls of the basement are bulit of permanent formwork. External walls of above-ground walls are bulit of clay blocks Porotherm 30 Profi with contact thermal insulation system ETICS. Horizontal load-bearing structures are formed by prefabricated rib-and-filler floor system MIAKO. Staircase is designed as two times bent slab. Part of the object is roofed with a warm flat roof, the other part with roof truss with roof slope of 35°.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to prepare the project documentation for operational building design documentation of a pension with restauration. I it an object with three above-ground floors and one underground floor. The structural construction system of the building is mixed. The technical report and the drawing documentation is a part of the thesis.
Holiday Hotel Lipno

This diploma thesis contains design documentation of of a new hotel in Lipno nad Vltavou near the Lipno reservoir. It is a building with three floors, a non-residential attic and a partial basement, where there will be underground garages for guests and technical facilities of the hotel. The building will accommodate a total of 70 people in 27 hotel rooms. The building is also equipped with a hotel restaurant, gym, massages and a sauna. The structure of the building is designed as masonry system manufactured by Heluz, supplemented by a reinforced concrete skeletal system, outside walls have a contact thermal isulation. Only the basement walls are made of permanent concrete framework. Horizontal structures are made of reinforced concrete monolithic slabs. The roofing is designed with two rounded opposite counter roofs in two levels raised by roof trusses and further supplemented by a flat vegetation roof. The modern look is underlined by the materials used. These include the glazed railings of balconies or terraces and their location, as well as the combination of white facades with facade cladding made of fiber-cement boards in imitation wood. The design was concentrated on high user comfort and overall modern concept of the hotel.
Accommodation

This Master's thesis deals with design of accommodation facility. The building si situated in the town of Boskovice, close to sports complex Červená zahrada. The buiding was built on slope. It contains three above floor, one basement floor which is accsesible from the ground. On the basement floor, there is sports complex. On the first floor, there is restaurant. The second and the third floor is intended for accommodation. The building has capacity of 50 beds. These are divided into one to four-bed rooms. The bricked construction system is made of sand-lime blocks. The ceilings are from prestressed concrete floor slab. The buiding has green roof. The work includes project documentation for the construction.
Gallery Access House Wolkerka

The bachelor's thesis deals with project documentation for the new construction of a gallery access house Wolkerka. The proposed building is located near the historic center of city Olomouc in the former industrial zone, which has been transforming into a residential zone in recent years, thanks to many projects that are being developed in the area. In the vicinity there is a large park, which stretches around the medieval walls, that define the historic city center. The building is a four-storey building with the first floor serving as a background for residents and is equipped with a cellar for each of the apartments, a cleaning room and a technical room. On the remaining floors there are apartments, a total of 7, with layouts 1 + kk, 2 + kk and 3 + kk, which are oriented to the south by large sliding windows. In front of these windows, each of the apartments on the first and second floor is equipped with an unheated winter garden, which in the summer months allows for a complete opening and connection to the exterior. The top floor is recessed and there is only one apartment on it, which is equipped with a terrace, that is designed as a green roof, which simulates a garden in height. The roof, like the terrace, is designed as a green roof. All floors are connected by a staircase, which is part of the gallery on the columns. Under the winter gardens of the first floor there are 5 covered parking spaces. The house is based on reinforced concrete foundation strips. The vertical construction system consists of Porotherm T50 profi ceramic blocks, which are filled with mineral wool. Horizontal structures are monolithic reinforced concrete.
Polyfunctional house

The main aim of the thesis is to design a new building of the mixed-use building in Brno. The building consists of two parts. One part consists of shops. The second part consists of offices and conference space. It is a building that has three floors above ground and one underground. In the basement there are a facilities and a garage. Shops are designed on the ground floor. There are offices on the second floor. Conference rooms are on the third floor. The building has a flat roof. The vertical load-bearing structures are designed from Porotherm ceramic blocks. In the core of the building, the vertical load bearing structures are designed as monolithic reinforced concrete walls. Columns are used in the building for the possibility of open space. The masonry of the basement consists of white bathtub. The floors are designed as folded from the Spiroll system. Internal non-load-bearing walls are designed from gypsum board with double cladding. The second part of the work deals with forced ventilation, cooling and central heating. In the third part of the project I deal with acoustics. The project was carried out in the Auotocad program. All constructions comply with valid standards and regulations.
Mixed-use Building in Velké Opatovice

This diploma thesis addresses the processing of project documentation for construction of four storey mixed-use bouilding with partial basement in Velké Opatovice. The building is designed on flat terrain. In the basement are located technical utilities of the building and three cellar cubicles. On the first floor there is a beer-shop, textile shop and design office. On the second floor there is an office space for local company. The thrid floor is designed as two large-area apartments with terraces. The fourth floor is designed as one large-area apartment with terraces.
Boarding House in Velke Losiny

The content of this diploma thesis is the design of a new boarding house with restaurant in the city Velke Losiny. The building has 2 above – ground floors and a partial basement. In the basement is utility room, room for ventilation system and facilities for sauna. In the first floor there is reception, room for bikes, restaurant with kitchen and hygienic facilities. In the second floor there are rooms for temporarily accomodation for guest. We can also find here laundry room. The basement is built by the concrete formwork. Above - ground floors are built by clay masonry. Bearing walls between rooms for accomodation in the second floor are from acoustic masonry. The building is covered by hip roof. The whole diploma thesis has been prepared according to valid legal and technical regulations.
Low-floor apartment house

This bachelor thesis deals with project documentation for execution of a new low-floor apartment building. The apartment building is located in Malenovice u Zlína. The house has one underground floor and three above-ground floors. In the basement there are basement cubits, a multipurpose room, a bicycle storage and a technical room. There is a stroller, a cleaning room and two housing units in the first above-ground floor. In the second above-ground floor there are three apartments, as well as on the third above-ground floor. The perimetr load-bearing masonry in the basement is designed of concrete blocks of permanent formwork. In the above-ground part of the house are load-bearing masonry designed of clay blocks. All of the ceiling structures consist of a composite ceramic-concrete ceiling made of MIAKO inserts and POT beams. The roof structure is designed as a warm flat roof. The apartment building is insulated with a certified thermal insulation system.
