Information about the health risks of selected groups in unhealthy eating
Nováková, Martina ; Váchová, Alena (advisor) ; Hanušová, Jaroslava (referee)
This diploma thesis examines the impact of nutrition as a vital variable for human health and analyses risk factors involved in unhealthy diet. When incorporated into framework of general principals and broader social context, it is focused on an age group of adults. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part outlines the term nutrition, describes functions of different components of nutrition and energy balance in organism. Furthermore, the theoretical part deals with methods of assessment of nutritional status, description of diet recommendations and evaluation of risks to the health, which can be caused by diet. The practical segment focuses on establishment of dietary habits and spread of knowledge about benefits of healthy and costs of unhealthy nutrition among students attending selected school in Čelákovice. By the use of survey then followed by comparison of surveyed data, this thesis finds insufficient degree of dietary knowledge amongst students of all three fields of study - Graduate pharmaceutical assistant, Graduate social worker and Pre-school and After-school Education. The survey has shown that students have a ground work of theory regarding nutrition and risks regarding unhealthy diet, yet it does not correspond to adherence to healthy diet in...
Building Construction Project - Implementation of Highway Overpass no. D1 - 150
Nováková, Martina ; Novotný, Michal (referee) ; Nečasová, Barbora (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with demolition of the motorway overpass. The bridge (overpass) is located over the D1 motorway from Prag to Brno at the 115,881 km. On the brigde runs the local comunication II/352 between villages Švábka and Měšín. The bridge demolition is part of the D1 renovation plan. The main reason behind the demolitions si that the bridge no longer meets it´s lenght requierments. During the demolition and construction will be any use of II/352 for public transport over the bulding site forbiden. This diploma thesis include technical report for construction technology project, time and financial evaluation of the project. Also the thesis deals with the selected technological regulations of carried out activities, timetable of controls and tests, trafice relationships on wider scale, a list of main building machines and mechanisms with their specification, a concept of the construction site, health and safety requlations, and in detail plans for realization of a road surface layers.
Comparative of muscle activity during the cycling step with the use of clipless and normal pedals
Nováková, Martina ; Kračmar, Bronislav (advisor) ; Pánek, David (referee)
Title: Comparative of muscle activity during the cycling step with the use of clipless and normal pedals. Objectives: Diploma thesis objective is to compare muscle activity during pedaling cycle with/without clipless pedal. Using EMG we want to establishe, if 6 chosen muscles are showing significant involvement difference for pedaling with/without clipless pedals. Methods: It is combination of empirical - theoretical thesis. Our work consists of intra- and interindividual comparative analytical study. We used two comparative methods for EMG signal evaluation - Pearson correlation coefficient and comparison with use of signed area of the region bounded by its graph. Results: The results of the correlation analysis show a high degree of compliance of the average normalized envelope diagrams for a cycling step with and without clipless. Based on the comparison of areas under the EMG curve, there is no higher muscle activation potential for the classic pedal. Keywords: cyclist, pedal, cycling step, muscle aktivity, electromyography
k-sample problem with ordered alternative
Nováková, Martina ; Hlávka, Zdeněk (advisor) ; Pešta, Michal (referee)
In this thesis we deal with k-sample problem with ordered alternative. At the beginning of the thesis isotonic regression is introduced. We use isotonic regression for maximum likelihood estimation of ordered parameters. In the second chapter, we describe the χ2 and E 2 tests that use the knowledge of isotonic regression and are based on the likelihood ratio. The exact null hypothesis distributions of their test statistics are derived in detail. The one-sided studentized range test is also further described. At the end of the thesis, we show the use of the E 2 test on the real data. 1
Execution of Superstructure of Training Centre in Náchod
Nováková, Martina ; Liška, Pavel (referee) ; Nečasová, Barbora (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with the implementation of the rough construction of the training center. The work includes the accompanying and summary technical report, the broader transport relations and the principles of the organization of the production for the given stage, the technological regulation for the vertical supporting structures, the control and test plan for the vertical supporting structures, the technological regulation for the horizontal supporting structures, the control and test plan for the horizontal supporting structures , Machine assembly for the given stage and safety and health protection at work. The annex parts of the thesis are coordinating situation, site equipment, timetable for realization of rough construction, laying plan of Spiroll track panels, KMB Sendwix masonry scheme, formwork scheme.
Settling tanks and tailing ponds in topographical databases and digital cartography
Nováková, Martina ; Šára, Pavel (advisor) ; Novotná, Kateřina (referee)
SETTLING TANKS AND TAILING PONDS IN TOPOGRAPHICAL DATABASES AND DIGITAL CARTOGRAPHY Abstract The aim of bachelor thesis is to evaluate the way of classification of tailing ponds and settling tanks in topographical database ZABAGED (Czech Fundamental Base of Geographic Data). The first part introduces both phenomena themself, their division and characteristics. Next part is dedicated to detailed review of the literature regarding classification of examined features in czech and also foreign digital topographical databases. An example of representation of features in each database is included. In the practical part, thanks to obtained information, the differences of objects are explained. Furthermore, more appropriate classification of tailing ponds and settling tanks in ZABAGED database is suggested. Keywords: tailing pond, settling tank, digital topographic database, ZABAGED.
Case study of physiotherapeutic care of patient with diagnosis ischemic stroke
Nováková, Martina ; Říha, Michal (advisor) ; Hankovcová, Eva (referee)
Title: Case study of physiotherapeutic care of patient with diagnosis ischemic stroke. Objective: Create the case report of a patient after ischemic stroke and elaboration of physiotherapy treatment schedule in the form of an after stroke patient case study. Methods: This work was done within uninterrupted practise at Central Military Hospital in Prague from 6. 1. - 31. 1. 2014 at the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. The work is divided into two section. The first section includes basic characteristic of the illness - vascular anathomy, distribution of stroke, clinical presentation, diagnosis and treatment. The second section contains the after stroke patient's case study, the review of proposed therapy and the therapy effect evaluation. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)
Phosphorylation and its impact on cancer - bioinformatics view
Nováková, Martina ; Novotný, Marian (advisor) ; Žárský, Vojtěch (referee)
Cancer is a frequent disease and cause of human death, during one year over 70 000 people suffer and over 25 000 die because of cancer in the Czech Republic. Cancer causes change of cellular metabolism and one way this is done is the change of post-translational modifications, especialy phosphorylations. Phosphorylations are important regulatory mechanism, because they often have a direct effect on the enzyme activity. Phosphorylated residues are mostly serine, threonine and tyrosine and phosphorylation of these amino-acids are considered in this barchelor thesis. Data about phosphorylations are then stored in the database. The databases differ by the type of data they collect, size, way of annotating and content control. My thesis deals with the connection between cancer and phosphorylation. The emphasis of this thesis is on bioinformatic approaches to study changes in phosphorylations in cancer cells. The thesis is a summary of the most important databases. This work also summarizes articles with a bioinformatic approach to analyze data on phosphorylation and tumours.
