Home Individual Education
Cihlová, Andrea ; Michalová, Zdena (advisor) ; Housarová, Blanka (referee)
The main goal of this thesis is to describe individual education in relation to home or otherwise educated children. Education whilst compulsory, however, does not by law mean that it must take place in a formal school. Pupils educated away from formal schools are described as, 'educated otherwise'. Their compulsory education does not take place at school, but at home, where a parent becomes teacher. For my active research I compared the legislations in both the Czech Republic and Great Britain (England). I also organised interviews with parents experienced with home education. Pointing out typical diferencies of individual edcucation in both countries, this is a consequence of this work. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)

Intention of this Thesis is elaboration of didactic tool (photographic vocabulary) for aphasic patients. The aim is to create, together with patieiťs family, a tool that will be tailored directly for a patient with a possibility of continuous extension. Theoretical part consists of generál information about semantics and lexicology that are linked with a patienťs vocabulary. In details we mention symptoms, examination and a therapy of aphasia. In therapy we focus on clinically often occured disorders of nominative function of speech. Therapy of aphasia is a key point of practical part of the thesis. Practical part compares already existing didactic tools (mainly vocabularies) to be connected for comparative parametres for revising a new Vocabulary for adults with aphasia. We also describe how we actually dealing with this vocabulary, its description and ways of use. We see the benefit of this work in practical usage of fotographic vocabulary for aphasic patiens.
Evaluation of speech skills in lexical semantics in children with developmental dysphasia
Šípová, Martina ; Housarová, Blanka (advisor) ; Mlčková, Marie (referee)
The thesis is divided in two main parties - the theoretical and the practical part. In the theoretical part I resumed the knowledge about the words, the vocabulary and about the saving of the vocabulary in the brain. I outlined the physiologic and pathologic evolution of the vocabulary and the diagnostics of this linguistic field. In the practical part I focused on the evaluation in the field of lexical - semantic of children with the evolutional dysphasia. For this purpose I draw up two groups of children. For each group I draw up the test which, for the first group, is composed of four sub-tests, for second is composed of seven sub-tests. Some sub-tests are based on the description of the pictures, others sub-tests are not based on pictures. The aim of this thesis is to find how evaluates the lexical-semantic level of language of children with evolutional dysphasia which were tested twice. The interval between two tests was 12-15 months for the first group and 9 months for the second group.
