86 Resumé REGISTRATION OF REAL ESTATE IN BOHEMIAAND IN MORAVIA (HISTORY OF CADASTRE OF REAL ESTATES) The purpose of this Thesis, as it is apparent from its name, is to create an overview of the process and history of the registrations of real estates from the beginning to the present. The reasons of needs and affords of the rulers to start creating some directories of the lands were purely economical. Every sovereign and ruler needed enough finance to keep and reinforce their power and the most effective way how to do it was to institute the land tax. The land was divided in the land of the vassals, called rustic, and the land of the masters, called demesne. Over the centuries, the object of the land taxes was only the land of the vassals. The land of the masters had to be free of the taxes till the year 1706. In order to make the tax collection more effective and well-organized, it was necessary to create a proper registration of the rustic land. Therefore, the original purpose of the rustic land registration, which had various names during individual historical periods, had only fiscal function. RESUMÉ This dissertation deals with the witch trials in the lands of the Czech Crown after the year 1620. That is after the defeat of the Czech Uprising of the Estates at the Battle on Bílá Hora. At first I would like to give a view of the history of witchcraft and the initial persecution of heretics and 95 witches as apostates. Christianity accused all these people to be able to get rid of all their rivals, who could in any way threaten its expansion and later its relativly strong positon in the society. The civil rights in the constitution of the 29th february 1920

99 12. Resumé This rigorous work includes the development of civil rights under the Constitutional Charters, which were related to the Czech nation. Were thus the Constitutions from the time when the Czech and Slovak nations was not a separate nation. Therefore, this work deals with civil rights from the first Austrian Constitution, which was the Constitution of April 1848 , to the first comprehensive constitution itself of the Czechoslovak Republic from February 1920. This historical development of civil rights in the each of individual constitutions was important for the development of the whole company then. The scope of civil rights contained in the constitution coincided with the then democracy in society. Due to Austria was absolute monarchy, it was very difficult to incorporate into the Austrian Institute of individual civil rights. As the company evolved, as well as Austrian, then gradually to expand civil rights in the constitutions. Therefore, this work examines in detail the various constitutions in order to capture the development of these civil rights in the constitutions. Changes of Land Ownership Rights in Bohemia after 1918

99 R E S U M E Due to numerous interventions into ownership right to immovable property in general and land in particular, namely from the part of the state, which have occurred in remote and recent past since the creation of independent Czechoslovakia in 1918, it is impossible to speak about long-term continuity of legal status. This applies, in particular, to the two land reforms which occurred as a result of two revolutionary changes of social relations - the first one (the "first land reform") after 1918 and the second one (the "second land reform") after 1948. As regards the first land reform, I have focused on key relevant legislation: Act No. 32/1918 Coll. on attachment of large land estates, Act No. 215/1919 Coll. on the appropriation of large land property (the Appropriation Act), Act No. 329/1920 Coll. (the Compensation Act) and Act No. 81/1920 Coll., the Allotment Act. Under the Appropriation Act, agricultural property with the area in excess of 150 hectares of arable land or of 250 hectares of total land area was appropriated, meaning that the original owner could no longer dispose of it.
