The thesis deals with the issue of weighing of prepackaged goods and control of packing process . The thesis describes the method of communication with weighing-machine and including this method to the communication network with the communication terminals. The thesis describes the selection of the communication bus and defines requirements for the function of the communication terminal and utility program. The study also describes the hardware and firmware of the communication terminal. In the conclusion, the work describs the utility program including data model.

Control of pneumatic press model

This thesis deals with improving of the pneumatic press model. The document contains short description of press model. It also focuses on completion of safety and functionality of the machine. There are an analyse and an aplication of instruments in the chapter Choice of instrumentation for change of the pressure force and for the increase of safety of this machine. The chapter Construction of the press model selects the mechanical components and solves the aplication for press model. In the section Extension of the control program there are the analyses of the control algorithms and programs for the safety PLC and PLC for vizualization. The last part of this work is devoted to vizualization, which displays the states of the sensors and safety PLC. In vizualization there is the setting of hand-operated mode or the automatic control mode with different pressing force changing in time.

This Bachelor thesis is focused on the design of embedded system built on the RCM3000 RabbitCore module developed by Rabbit. Periphery for communication with external devices such as detectors and sensors will be designed for this module. In the end, the design process of a motherboard with all essential procedures is proposed.

Flow Measurement of Hot Dusty Gas

The bachelor thesis deals with the measurement of hot dusty gas. The introduction outlines the problems of measurement. Another part of the work contains a theoretical introduction to the measurement of gas flow. In successive chapters the basic principles and characteristics of suitable methods for measuring the hot dusty gases are described. Finally, the function blocks are implemented in the Simatic STEP7 for calculation of volume flow rate for the methods selected in the theoretical part and visualization in WinCC flexible.

Model of conveyor of boxes

The first part of the thesis is focused on a belt carrier model blueprint. The next part contains the list of all the parts needed to construct the model. The realisation of the model (mechanic-wise and electric-wise) is described in a special section. A familiarisation with the PLC from Rockwell Automation company follows. The last part of the thesis is focused on the creation of a model example in a development environment of RSLogix 5000, and the launching and creating of the model.

Home security system - base board power supply

This bachelor's thesis deals requirements for alarm system power supplies and includes familiarization with the issue of charging lead-acid batteries and an explanation of the basic principle activity step-down switched – mode power supply. The main goal of this project was to design and implement a functional model of the power supply with lead-acid battery. The power supply includes a battery charger circuit, which when accompanied by a power failure back-up. UPS is in normal operation continuously charged. The proposal was developed in the program for PCB design Eagle 6.1.0. Functional model was implemented in a single PCB, which together with the battery and stored in the box.

Communication between PLC and Mahr Millitron 1840

Content of the Bachelor's thesis is to familiarise with Mahr Millitron 1840 measuring device and to create a programme using Step7 Microwin programming environment. Creating a programme for communication between Mahr Millitron 1840 measuring device, PLC S7-200 and TD100C display. Application of communication protocol MahrTalk. In parts of my thesis I first engage in description of constituent elements. Then in description of the functions of programme block and finally in describing the ladder diagram itself. Model of measuring device and setting and reading of parameters are read during the communication between the automaton and measuring device.

Hotel room control system

The aim of this thesis is to design and implement a hotel control system for room access, heating and lighting. An analysis of customer needs is included, on which the design of the solution is based. Final solution is modular and can be controled remotely.
