Aspects of Sentential Negation in Czech. Three Theoretical Approaches.

The topic of my bachelor project is selected aspects of sentential negation in Czech. The work is divided into two parts ? theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with theoretical approaches of three main books, which are Mluvnice češtiny 3, Negace a presupozice ve významové stavbě věty by Eva Hajičová and Core syntax: A Minimalist Approach by David Adger. In practical part I form a theory of constituent negation on bases of Generativ grammar and I analyze behavior of pronouns in negativ sentences.
Public awareness about the problems of employment

Employment {--} one of the most frequently discussed current topics. At a time when the economy of the whole world has been going through the period of economic depression, this subject is really topical. Employees are being dismissed due to the economy inhibition and the number of the unemployed has been growing. The Czech Republic has not escaped the impact of the depression either and the unemployment rate has risen to 9, 9%. To find a job is most difficult in our modern history. Eighteen unemployed come to one working position. The objective of the research part of my thesis was to find out whether the job seekers registered at the Job Centre in České Budějovice get sufficient information about all the services provided by this institution within the framework of the active labour policy, whether the job seekers are well aware of the instruments of this policy, who provided them with the information, whether they have already used any of these instruments and whether they find these instruments suitable and sufficient. 200 questionnaires were handed out to the respondents, 159 questionnaires returned. It means that the rate of return of the questionnaires was 79, 5 %. This research has revealed that 69% of the job seekers find the instruments of the active labour policy provided by the Job Centre sufficient. However, it is essential to take into account the following fact {--} the job seekers find these instruments sufficient in terms of their own knowledge. And it was only 24% of the respondents that knew more than a half of the existing instruments of the active labour policy. My thesis could be practically used as a whole especially for the clients of the Job Centre in the form of brochures or leaflets. It might be used even for students from secondary schools, vocational schools, colleges and universities as study material, since it provides practical knowledge of what to do in case they are unemployed once after they finished school. And last but not least, this work might be viewed as an important feedback for the staff of the Job Centre.

Bachelor thesis deals with financing their own housing by mortgage loan and building savings loan. First part describes loans theoretically. In the second part is a virtually example of application loans - flat purchase. In conclusion you can find, which loan is better for the flat purchase.
Strategic Analysis of an Enterprise

The work is an analysis of external and internal environment of the company. Mainly is used analysis of the sector, PEST analysis, Porter five forces, 4C, analysis of business resources, financial and SWOT analysis. First part sumarises theory of strategic analysis and on this base is works up the practical part. The outcome is a general and marketing strategy of the firm.
Usage CRM in company

The bachelor thesis is focused on practical usage of Customer Relationship Management system within IKEA company. Theoretical section aims to clarify basic aspects of Customer Relationship Management. Practical section describes specific business policy of IKEA company with emphasis on importance of customer relationship. Further on the thesis specifies internal CRM system within IKEA company, its communication channels and essential models of customer communication. Pivotal part of the thesis is over-all analysis of IKEA internal CRM system based among other things on self-run research within IKEA employees. The thesis leads to identification and explanation of key problems connected to IKEA internal CRM system. Proposed area of high priority is further education of employees. Planned implementation of new CRM system is also mentioned.

Práce popisuje obecně oblast personalistiky, vybrané personální činnosti (vzdělávání a rozvoj pracovníků, odměňování a hodnocení pracovníků a firemní kulturu). Tyto oblasti jsou popsány ve vybrané firmě, je zde popsáno, jak funguje útvar personalistiky, v jaké formě je uplatňováno vzdělávání a odměňování pracovníků a jaká je ve vybrané společnosti firemní kultura. Na základě těchto poznatků je úroveň vybraných oblastí zhodnocena a jsou poskytnuty návrhy na vylepšení.
