Veselý, Vít ; Kovářová, Lenka (advisor) ; Červinka, Pavel (referee)
Title: Analysis of running technique and efficiency when using Nike Air Zoom Alphafly shoes. Objectives: The main goal is to identify possible changes in selected physiological parameters and biomechanics of running when using Nike Air Zoom Alphafly shoes compared to standard running shoes. Methods: A 3D treadmill (H/P Cosmos Gaitway II S, Germany) was used in the analysis of running biomechanics. For the analysis of physiological parameters, the Metalyzer device was used within the spiroergometric examination of the run. The Borg scale was used to analyze the subjective assessment of the load. A paired T-test of Excel software was used to process the results. Results: The results of the work partially show a change in the biomechanics of running. A statistically significant difference was recorded at all speeds (15 km/h, 18 km/h, 21 km/h) in loading rate (p15 = 0,003; p18 = 0,000; p21 = 0,001) and time to impact peak (p15 = 0,017; p18 = 0,022; p21 = 0,003). At a speed of 15 km/h, an additional difference in running cadence (p = 0,044) was noted. The results show a statistically significant change in the economics of running all measured parameters, in oxygen intake converted to kilograms of weight (p = 0,003), minute ventilation (p = 0,000), respiratory rate (p = 0,000), respiratory coefficient (p...
Semi-Centralized Cryptocurrency Based on the Blockchain and Trusted Computing
Handzuš, Jakub ; Veselý, Vladimír (referee) ; Homoliak, Ivan (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is to create a concept of semi-centralized cryptocurrency that supports external interoperability. It is assumed that semi-centralized cryptocurrency is the future of cryptocurrencies in the banking sector, because even at the cost of partial centralization, the concept brings the benefits of a decentralized ledger. Since the simultaneous deployment of their own cryptocurrencies by various central authorities, such as central bank, it is necessary to establish a communication protocol for interbank transactions. The work is thus focused on extending the existing Aquareum solution with an interoperability protocol.

This term project deals with the functionality of Spanning Tree protocols, especially the Rapid Spanning Tree Protocol, and the Multiple Spanning Tree Protocol. The primary usage of spanning tree protocols is the prevention of loops within the data link layer, the prevention of a broadcast storm, and also dealing with redundancy in the network. Moreover, the project contains the description of configuration of these protocols on Cisco devices. The main goal of this thesis is to implement the Multiple Spanning Tree protocol into INET framework within the OMNeT++ simulation system. Then, the implemented solution is tested and it's functionality is compared with the referential behavior in a Cisco network.

Borčík, Filip ; Veselý, Vladimír (referee) ; Homoliak, Ivan (advisor)
This work deals with performance and security testing of blockchain protocols based on the Proof-of-Stake (PoS) consensus model. It describes properties, problems, but also the use of blockchain systems. On theoretical levels, this thesis compares the properties and resistance to various attacks of numerous PoS protocols, specifically Algorand, Casper, Gasper, Snow White, Stellar and Decred. Additionally, this work implements a protocol simulator of Algorand, Casper FFG and Gasper. The simulator is built on top of the Bitcoin Simulator simulation tool, which is based on the NS-3 discrete network event simulator. Then, it compares the properties of the implemented protocols using discrete simulation.

V tejto práci sumarizujeme aktuálny výskum protokolov z rodiny Proof-of-Stake ako napr. Algorand, Tendermint a LaKSA. Analyzovali sme ich funkcionalitu a tiež ich problémy. V rámci výskumu sme implementovali a novy protokol z rodiny Dôkaz-Podielom, ktorý rieši nájdené problémy ako priepustnosť, škálovatelnosť a bezpečnosť.
The lexical means of indefinite quantification in the current Czech
The role of optical function and its influence to the posture
Terčová, Simona ; Oplatková, Lenka (advisor) ; Veselý, Viktor (referee)
This bachelor thesis deals with the optical function as one of the multisensory modalities in postural control. The theoretical part concerns the anatomy, physiology and pathophysiology of the visual system and their relationship to postural functions. It also includes a further indefinite weakening of neurophysiological principles, influencing other sensory perceptions and motor manifestations with the visually impaired, who belong to group with reduced postural control. The work describes the examination methods and training options for visual perception and its impact on postural control. These applications are applied in the practical sections in the case report of visually impaired patients, in whom the influence of the individual examination unit on postural function was investigated. For the assessment were used the Rehawalk pressure platform and the clinical test of dynamic postural stability Star-Excoursion Balance Test.
Neuro-visual training of athletes

The thesis deals with the evaluation and training of cognitive-visual functions of elite athletes using the NeuroTracker computer program. The theoretical part pursues collecting of recent studies and literature, concerning predominantly visual perception and its connection with cognitive abilities and movement. It focuses mainly on sportsmen and evaluation of their visual functions. Furthemore it introduces the concept of neurovisual training and its possible application in other clinical fields. Methodology: The NeuroTracker program evaluates reaction abilities, visual memory, spatial imagination and other components of cognitive and visual functions. The output of this evaluation is a numerical value before and after training and calculated percentage improvement. This change was measured in a group of 64 athletes of various sports. The thesis also includes case reports of two athletes who underwent a general optometric examination, which was complemented by further visual training. Results: We have showed statistically that after a series of trainings on the NeuroTracker, there is an overall improvement of the measured parameters. Moreover we have shown that the number of performed trainings moderately correlates with the resulting improvement. Each sport correlates in a different way however....
