Summary: The goal is to become familiar with the diagnosis of dermatomyositis and develop case report of a patient with this diagnosis. The work is divided into general and special. General section discusses the theoretical knowledge of the disease, the etiology, clinical manifestations diagnosis to treatment. In the special case report formed part falls historical data initial examination and determining the therapeutic plan. Autor: Jana Martiňáková Title: Case study of physiotherapy treatment of a patient with systemic scleroderma Objective: The main aim of this thesis is a summary of theoretical informations about the diagnosis of systemic scleroderma, case reports of physiotherapy treatment of a patient with this diagnosis and evaluation of the effect of therapy. Methods: The work is divided into a general and a special part. The general part deals with the distribution of scleroderma, further analyzes the problem of systemic scleroderma with a focus on physiotherapy treatment and physical therapy. Special section includes a case study of physiotherapy treatment of a patient with this disease. The part of the special section are initial examination, setting goals and treatment plan, therapies, final examination and evaluation of the effect of therapy. This case study was created during continuous professional clinical practice held from 5. 1. till 30. 1. 2015 in Revmatologický ústav in Prague. Results: After performed therapies were achieved positive results especially during walking, improved respiratory stereotype, increase joint mobility acres upper limbs and improve grips. Title: Casuistry of the physiological care of a medical patient after a stroke Aim: The aims of the bachelor's thesis This bachelor's thesis aims, firstly to provide the theoretical information concerning the diagnosis of a cerebrovascular accident patient and a summary of the diagnostic process. Secondly, the attention of the thesis is then diverted to an elaboration of this patient's history. Lastly, this dissertation deals with a variety of therapeutic techniques and their objectives, including an observation and evaluation of their effects. Method: This bachelor thesis deals with a stroke. The thesis is divided into two major parts - general and special. The general part describes the characteristics of the disease; ethiopatogenesis; diagnostics; the risk factors prevention; incidence; treatment and physiotherapeutic procedures options linked to the disease. The special part involves the casuistry (the anamnesis; input and output kinesiology analyses) of the ischemic stroke patient; the course of suggested therapy and the overall evaluation of the effect of therapy. Summary In this bachelor thesis which was written and organized by myself, it is divided in two parts. The general part and the special part. The general part, which is the theoretical part, it includes all the anatomy of the lower back, specifically the vertebrae of the spine, the muscles, the lumbosacral plexus, joints, ligaments and fasciae of the lower back. The biomechanics of the lumbar spine and intervertebral disk. The kinesiology of the lumbar spine. Then, it is explained in details what is low back pain and disk herniation. Mentioning the common causes, etiology, symptoms, risk factors, physiotherapy examination, conservative and non-conservative treatment. The second part of the thesis, which it's the special part, it includes the whole case of my patient with low back pain due to disk herniation. In this parts it is also included the whole anamnesis/history of my patient, the whole examination (initial and final examination), and the therapy sessions which were 6. Methodics of work: The work is divided into theoretical and special part. The first chapter is devoted to general rheumatology, necessary examinations and mainly to rheumatic arthritis. In the second part case study of the patient with this disease is described in details. The part also include testing, individual therapies, output examination and evaluation of the therapy effect. Result: The case study was elaborate in the period of January 6. - 31. 2014 at the Institute of Rheumatology in Prague. And the aims of therapies was fulfilled. The general part mainly is the theoretical part in which it is included the whole anatomy of the face, the facial and neck muscles. The cranial nerves and specifically the facial nerve, the seventh cranial nerve. Kinesiology of the facial muscles for any facial expression. All these components will be described in this part. Secondly, the special part which is the most important part of the whole bachelor thesis, is the part of the case of my patient with Bell's palsy/ Facial paresis. Case Study of Physiotherapy Treatment of a Patient with the Diagnosis of Total Hip Replacement

The abstract of my study concerns the treatment of the case of my patient who had an operation of total hip replacement on the right hip joint, caused by post dysplastic arthrosis. My practice was performed at Fakultni Nemocnice Kralovske Vinohrady. Physiotherapy program started on Tuesday 29th of January 2013 and ended on Friday 1st of February 2013. My Bachelor Thesis is divided in two parts: 1) Theoretical part 2) Practical part. In the theoretical part I analyse everything concerning the hip joint, muscles, joints, bones, ligaments, nerves as well as the biomechanical and kinesiological point of view of the hip joint. In the practical part I analyse every procedure I have done with my patient, all the examinations, conclusions, therapies and results. The patient was operated at OTK FNKV hospital at 22nd of January. Goals of the therapy was to decrease pain and edema, increase range of motion of the movement, increase mobility and elasticity of skin and also improve strength of the operated right hip according to the examinations I provided to the practical part. After the five sessions improvements were detected in the final kinesiologic examination. Title: The comparison of stereognosis and pallesthesia of the preferred and non-preferred upper extremity in students of physiotherapy Objectives: To the objectives of the work belong the processing and compilation of information concerning laterality and sensation in the region of the upper extremities, then to evaluate the preference of the upper extremity by means of elected tests in 30 students of physiotherapy and to evaluate, whether the sensitivity of stereognosis and pallesthesia is higher in the region of the non- preferred upper extremity than in the region of the preferred upper extremity or whether the sensitivity of stereognosis and pallesthesia both of the upper extremities do not differ. Methods: The tasks of the work were dealt with four tests directed to the examination of preference, stereognosis and pallesthesia in the region of upper extremities. The statistic analysis of the results of the examination was carried out by means of paired t-test.
