Description of tool clamping interface at milling machines
Bartušek, Jiří ; Bilík, Martin (referee) ; Pavlík, Jan (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis describes the types and characteristics of tool holders for milling machines, which are clamped in the spindle of machine. There are explained the structural and functional properties of individual toolholders. It also describes mechanisms for clamping tools with cylindrical shank in the toolholder. This work describes the use, advantages and disadvantages of the toolholders.
Hydraulic linear drive for paralell kinematics structures of robots
Pavlica, Jiří ; Pavlík, Jan (referee) ; Knoflíček, Radek (advisor)
This thesis describes the design of linear units with hydraulic drive for the robot with parallel kinematic structure. The theoretical part deals with the historical development of parallel kinematic structures, its design proposals for individual structural elements and a comparison of parallel and serial kinematics. The main aim of the work is developing design of hydraulic drive, hydraulic circuit, creating a 3D model using Solid Edge software, and the development of design documentation for the designated parts.
Design and digital commissioning of the bag handling gripper
Vávra, Daniel ; Pavlík, Jan (referee) ; Vetiška, Jan (advisor)
This bachelor‘s thesis deals with a conceptual design of a handling gripper for 25-kilo bags and its subsequent digital commissioning. The theoretical part explains the issue with end effectors for handling, including introduction of specific concepts of bag handling grippers by chosen companies. There is also a problematic of virtual commissioning mentioned in the end of the theoretical part. The practical part deals with the conceptual design of the gripper itself, which is then substantiated by needed strength and kinematic analysis in a calculation report. The main advantage of designed solution is, apart from high moving speed, pallet gripping mechanism, due to which the gripper is able to prepare pallets for subsequent bag palletization automatically. In the end, the chosen conceptual solution is digitally commissioned in ABB Robot Studio program, along with creating a simulation of gripper moves.
Design of machines in the food industry
Walsberger, Ladislav ; Opl, Miroslav (referee) ; Pavlík, Jan (advisor)
Design and construction of machine respects the needs of the manufactory of delicatessen. In my technical report there were also project several drives and there were described main structural parts of the machine.
Design of spindle for lathe
Sovadina, František ; Marek, Tomáš (referee) ; Pavlík, Jan (advisor)
The thesis deals with the design and construction of headstocks of a turning centre. The aim is to design a spindle with an output of 20 kW and a maximum speed of 5000 1/min. The research part of the thesis is focused on the description of the basic parameters of the headstock and turning centres needed for the construction of the headstock and contains an analysis of the available spindles on the market. The next part of the thesis deals with the selection and calculation of cutting conditions and the necessary parameters. Analytical calculations are then verified using FEM analysis. At the end of the thesis, a 3D model was developed and headstock drawing documentation.
Construction of German Equatorial Mount
Jančařík, Julius ; Opl, Miroslav (referee) ; Pavlík, Jan (advisor)
Purpose of this master´s thesis is a construction proposal of German Equatorial Mount capable to load capacity to 20kg inclusive both shaft-actuators. The solution contains design options of actuators of mount, design proposal of partial systems and parts and calcualtions. More is contain drafts of overal assembly, motor pinion and shaft.
Description of gear-producing machines
Jelínek, Petr ; Pavlík, Jan (referee) ; Blecha, Petr (advisor)
The bachelor´s thesis summarises knowledge from area of gear producing machines aimed on gear generating machines. It describes types and principles of gear generating machines. The main target of the thesis is to make an overview above this problems and summarize the classic and modern ways in the development of gear generating machines.
Suggestion of case feeder for orientation cast
Konečný, Tomáš ; Pavlík, Jan (referee) ; Synek, Miloš (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor work was to design solution for transfer and orientation of casts. Because of useing lead bullets was necessary to choose the most impropriet solution caused by raised attrition of lubricant and lead. There was made appropriate calculations and manufacturing documentation.
Design of a forming machine for production of a stainless steel cup with follow die
Staněk, Michal ; Pavlík, Jan (referee) ; Knoflíček, Radek (advisor)
My dissertation describes the procedure and results of designing a single-purpose machine, which is designed for forming a stainless metal product from an initial semi-finished product. This semi-finished product is a 0.28mm-thick stainless-steel plate. The introduction of my dissertation outlines the evolution of the pulling technology in the Czech Republic and abroad and describes its further details. This research part also includes an overview of individual machines according to the CSN. The practical part is then further dedicated to the exploration of individual issues and requirements for designing the machine itself as well as designing the machine according to the requirements of the final pulled product.
Design of station for PCV filter inspection
Tecl, Michal ; Huzlík, Rostislav (referee) ; Pavlík, Jan (advisor)
Bachelor thesis deals with the design of a station for automatic visual inspection of the PCV valve filter. The PCV valve is part of the Common rail system, which is discussed in detail in the research part. Furthermore, the principle and capabilities of machine vision are described. In the practical part, several design variants are developed, which are further evaluated. Based on this evaluation, the most suitable variant is selected and then elaborated in detail.
